| Yes she is still LC ing with me. It really helps! I think she is a bit more calorie sensitve and I am more carb sensitive, so us starting to count our calories along with carbs has given us both the jumpstart we needed to resume losing. She has much less to lose than I do, so her loss is slower, but she feels so much better on this WOE she's hooked like me. A little exercise hasn't hurt either. We've also been talking each other out of that whole "just a little _________ won't hurt" becauase our comfortable behavior is to say "Oooh that sounds good-- I think I'll join you!" We both have a wicked sweet tooth! So we're trying to just say no on the weekdays and then on the weekends have little treat of what we call "fluffy stuff" --cream cheese, a little cream, splenda, and cocoa, all whipped up together. We have ditched the bars and lc chocolate for good, and I think that is making a differnece too. Unfortunately, hubby probably won't do it til he's ready. Is he supportive of your choices tho? Maybe as he sees you feel and look better with more and more energy as he continues to go in the other direction he will join you. I'll keep my fingers crossed! Meanwhile, congrats on your loss!! I better get moving or you'll be caught up to me again before I know it!

| Yes, the Hubster has his own "wicked sweet tooth". He WILL eat lowcarb stuff, just not all of it, consistently. To me, that is just wasting it. Why eat my chicken/mushroom/broccoli/alfredo stuff if you are going to have real full sugar ice cream later. Does that make sense? Anyway, I was up a pound this morning, but no worries. I think yesterday was a little too salty. I worked out on my homegym this morning, so that means some time on the Gazelle tomorrow morning. Like you said, exercise doesn't hurt. I know you don't post on the weekend, so check in with us Monday. And have a wonderful weekend.

| Well I know I"ve been off and on popping in lately (the last 3 months), and I know that at one point I stayed under 199 for like a month or so, but I fell off, started stress eating and I'm back up to 217. So I guess I have 18 lbs to go for this challenge. |

| Hi Megan, nice to see you around here again. Maxibee and I are holding down the fort, taking turns losing, and telling stories as we journey on toward 199. I was status quo at 219 on my sunday weigh in, but I sneaked on the scale this am and it seeems headed in the right direction. Couldn't call it a whole pound tho so I will wait til my designated weigh day. Trying not to get impatient and thereby sabotage myself. Have a great week everyone!
