Barb --> Yeah, i?m stretching before and after my exercises. I found a great stretch article on-line. i?m feeling my tights a little sore tonight. I did that lunge exercise yesterday and today i walked 2.5 miles... again I believe ..no pain, no gain!

Today I did: 1 rep 16 kickbacks, 1 rep 16 skull crusher (both with 4lbs), 2 rep 16 curls with lateral raise, 2 rep 16 crunchs, 2 rep 16 wall push ups, 1 rep 16 lunge.

I was going to do mine yesterday after going to Curves, but got distracted when I got home and forgot. So I'll do them today. I'm finding that the more I do them, the less sore I'm getting. Maybe that means I need to up the number in each rep. Although, by the time I get to the last set I can barely raise my arms. I'll have to figure it out.

Wow. You are all doing great! And Barb, I wouldn't worry too much about missing Batwings AFTER Curves! At least you got to Curves!!!
My son has been visiting, so I have not done any exercise except work. He left last night, so today I have no excuse.
