That's so great Kitty, I was just saying in Junie's journal it's great how we can all be excited and thrilled for you both that your boy is coming home.

As of yesterday I am back on plan. The day before I really didn't do too badly but did have wild rice which then got me started thinking about South Beach which I may look into eventually but right now with all that is happening I should just stick with Atkins until I can devote time to reading the south beach book to see if it's something I would like to try.

I've got a cold right now which is making me miserable but at the same time is making me get more than enough water in because I am drinking it...no...chugging it to keep my cough in check. And I am drinking a lot of tea as well. So it's helping put me back on track with those things.

Now the only thing is to get BOP with exercise. I have been walking with baby in the evenings. He can go and go and go. I have to learn though to take the stroller with though so if he fights me on going back to the house I won't have to carry him. Which probably is pretty good exercise but he's getting rather heavy. I'm hoping to feel much better this weekend so we can go to the big park and walk and he can play on the swingset and slides.

Junie, I'm printing out the why we cheat and taking it home so when I feel the need for cheerios or bread I can read why. I know part of it was I didn't have anything quick and easy and therefore set myself up for the cheerios cheat because it was quick and easy. Next time I shop I will keep that in mind.

No, sadly I did not :( When I went by goodwill I found the bag I dropped off, but it was empty. The lady said when they got there Monday morning the stuff that had been dropped off was strewn around the parking lot. Apparently they have problems with people coming at like midnight and going through the drop offs and taking stuff. So someone else has got my shirt. They're keeping an eye out incase it got stuffed elsewhere when they picked stuff up, but I'm not hopeful.. oh well. atleast it was only $3 on clearance..

That stinks because you really liked it. Well I doubt much could get you down now that your man is on his way, bet you're counting the hours.

I've been drinking water like crazy today as well as green tea. This cold has that one good effect it makes me drink lots of water. Maybe I'll have a whoosh by Sunday from losing all thebloat. I have had 80 ounces of green tea and 96 ounces of water. I've been in the BR every 20 minutes since about 11:00AM. When I get home I will drink some chicken broth to get back some sodium. I should have something high in potassium as well.

So excited for you Kitty! It must be nice to be in love with your husband. I wouldn't know.

Anyway, I had another good day in spite of regaining a lost pound. Not sure what was up with that, but it's only a number. Just focusing on the journey and BOPing here.

We ate out tonight and I think I made good choices unless there were alot of hidden carbs.....I actually got a box and brought half of it home for lunch tomorrow.

I was ravenous this morning and has 2 muffin-less Sausage McMuffins and a large Diet Coke for breakfast. And an apple.

    Insert a Diet Pepsi here.

Lunch was a baked chicken breast, cauli salad, and some CC choc milk. And water.

    Insert another Diet Pepsi here.

Snack on the way home: some sunflower seeds.

Dinner was half a peice of salmon, 4 grilled shrimp, 1 small crabcake, a serving of slaw, and some very thin fried onions.

    "Dessert" was some watermelon.

    Big 5 check list:
    Sleep: 7 hours
    Menu: good
    Water: better
    Supplements:not yet
    Exercise: no

I hope to get in some good exercise this weekend. I think that's why I tend to regain on weekends....my activity level is nowhere near what it is when I'm at work on the weekdays.

Wow, Noel....that IS alot of liquid! Your kidneys got quite a workout today!

Wow, maxi. You're doing so well! You're going to make your Halloween goal, I just know it! Oh, and for record, Nick's not my husband, just my bf, but I do love him.

I did alright today. I don't remember breakfast, but I'm pretty sure I remember eating it. This morning was hectic. 2 1/2 bottles of water. lc pbj for lunch. 2 grilled chicken breasts for dinner. Snack was slice of pizza toppings. We went to the movies and I didn't have popcorn, but I got some lc ice cream that was super yummy. I'm gonna try to cut back on the sf snacks though, I think they may be causing some of my cravings. Supplements taken, and fencing class for excersize.

Need to up my water as I am really thirsty, and need to get those veggies!

I am back......maybe things will slow down a bit for me.......I hate being rushed all the time! Still Bop here although water and veggies could be more....and still no exercise although I did go play darts last night and came in second ( we should have won first but my partner fell apart on the last round)! I am avoiding the scales for now since my sodium intake has been up and water down but have not cheated so thats something anyway!

    Still BOPing along.

I made omelets for breakfast. Mine was spinach and Swiss. Mmmmm!

Lunch was a big Caesar salad with chopped up baked chicken on it. Yummers. DH shared the last of the watermelon.

Dinner was a sort of cakey thing I made from a recipe I found on one of these threads. Since it had egg in it, I considered it dinner.

Kinda later dinner:the other 4 shrimp and the crabcake from last night's meal. And a plum.

    Snack: a l/c ice cream (5 carbs)

I exercised on the Gazelle today and cleaned my house. I hope this pound stays off and some more go!

    Big 5 checklist:
    Sleep:8 hours
    Menu: good
    Water:okay
Supplements: no, need to fill pill-minder
    Exercise: yes

Maybe one day I'll have a good report for each one!

    Big 5 check list:
    Sleep: 9+ hours
    Menu: very good
Water:lots of liquids, but not plain water
Supplements: yes (I refilled the pill-minder)
    Exercise: no.

Breakfast was an omelet with salmon in it. Marvelous. I also had a plum and some CC choc milk. And green tea.

Snack: s/f pb and s/f jelly & Diet Pepsi

Lunch at La Madeleine: Chicken La Madeleine w/Green Bean Almondine and fresh steamed broccoli. 3 glasses of iced tea w/Splenda

Dinner: a chicken breast topped w/spinach and Swiss cheese and a green salad w/Ranch

Dessert: a l/c ice cream bar (I am not buying any more once these are gone.)

Sry haven't posted much over the weekend, I've been in Buffy the Vampire Slayer world. This clean eating thing is rough. Only a few minor slipups, generally involving popcorn, large amounts of lc bread, and a pizza bone or two. I've got to get my act together. Hopefully being gone this week will help me get BOP.

I leave this evening to be Tennessee bound! Junie and I are taking off in the morning to be there when Nick gets off the bus! Eee! 2 days and my boy will be home! So excited I am. Have burned CDs for the road, just need to clean out my car and much with the yay! First, I have to do battle with the bank. For some random reason the ATM ate my debit card last night! Grr. Of course it happens when I'm preping for important trip. This, you know, mean war and I will win.

Still off plan for now. Today could have been much worse but it was definitely not good. Anyhow. I've got a lot on my plate (not literally) but I am going to try to get BOP soon.

    Have a safe trip, ladies!
