| I cannot claim yesterday as an on-plan day since I had some sugar-free pudding (the trigger food, but still on plan), which led to a handful of animal crackers (the off-plan food). I hope TOM starts today. It should. If it doesn't, I'm calling John (who works from home) and telling him to take the animal crackers and bury them in a shallow grave in the back yard. Yesterday Calories = 1240 Net carbs = 69 Plus the stupid animal crackers, dang it.

| I hope TOM starts, April. I just hate that time before it when everything off-plan looks so darned good! I didn't enter my food into fitday yesterday, but I was well within my carbs and my calories were pretty low.

| Calories: 1070 Carbs: 96 Exercise calories burned: 350 Most of my carbs are in the blueberries: it says 15! That seems a lot! Then the protein bars have 46 for the 2 I eat every day. I'm losing weight so I'll just keep what I'm doing! Not a bad day at all! |

| Do you guys mind if I just count my calories? I try to pick out low carb when I go to the store like yogurt/bread ect...but my protein bars that I get from my diet center have 30 carbs in them and I eat 2 of them every day. To much non-refundable money went into 2 years of bars Todays calorie count: 1557 |
