| I'm back to limited walking as I am such a klutz that I hurt myself again. I am sure that eventually I will get well enough that I can join a gym so that I can strengthen these muscles to make it less likely to hurt myself. A bit of walking this morning around 3.5 kms. This sounds okay but I wimped out halfway to the the clinic and caught a bus and I usually walk the whole way. I gave my son the details of the WATP dvds so hopefully I'll get the 1,2 mile dvd for Christmas.

| I thought I posted here yesterday, but I must not have. I did my WATP on Monday night (instead of watching some stupid sitcom), and did it first thing yesterday morning. I'm willing to let myself have today off (my eye swelled shut again... UGLY), and I'll work out later if it ever goes down the rest of the way... otherwise... a day off! The exercise is definately paying off though! I've had great losses so far this week

| Hi, all. I missed any exercise yesterday; it was a long, long day of too much paperwork, and the cold front settled in my knees. I just went home and whimpered, didn't even eat supper. However, Monday night I did the first segment of the Oxycise exercise tape. For me, that is a lot. Adding exercise inch by inch. You are all an inspiration to do more. Thanks.

| The rain finally stopped and I took full advantage. Walked 8 miles at Tanglewood park. My total mileage for November was 111.5 miles. That's the best month I've had since June. On to The December Couch Fauxtato Challenge!
