WOO-HOO! Ohdear. That sounds great.

Heather, you can change my stats whenever.

Today I am down 10 of the 13 bloat pounds...so...302/292/287 would be my new stats.

I'm guessing by Sunday I should be at 289 again and then I can work on the two other pounds. I hate the blaot pounds but I put the food in my mouth so what do I expect.

Hey guys! Sweet April posted my before & after picture in my journal for me if you want to take a look. I've lost 30 pounds since the after picture but it is amazing what 60 pounds looks like!

WOW!! Congrats to OhDear! and Noel! Way to go, ladies!

I'm having a visit from TOM right now, so I'm up a couple of pounds and not really concerned. I'm continuing to eat on plan, which for me is sugar AND dairy FREE. It's tough, but I am determined to see if staying away from dairy makes a difference in my life. So, by the end of the month, I should know.

Here's hoping that when TOM leaves, so will the 2 pounds. It's still just amazing to me to be UP 2 pounds and still in the 220's. Used to, that would put me right back in the 230's. Yikes!

We have 13 more days to make our goals. If I can lose this TOM bloat and ONE MORE POUND, I will make my challenge goal. I'm really gonna try!

How's everyone else doing?

That is awesome OhDear! I'm so happy for you! Maxibee, sounds like you have really fallen into stride with this challenge! The no-dairy must really agree with you.

I am only down 0.5 lbs this week, but I'll take it. That puts me at 214.5. My foot is finally healing, so no more excuses for that treadmill, right?

I'm trying to plan what I'm taking for Thanksgiving as well. Its at my sister's this year, so I need to go with some of my favs so I won't have some of theirs.

Doing well. I am taking broccoli slaw, green beans and maybe hockeygirl's cheesecake squares. I haven't made them since I ate a whole pan of them one week like a year ago.

I love hot fresh turkey so that's what I am looking forward to the most.

I weighed this morning and was the same as yesterday...tracking the bloat and whooshes, after tomorrow I will go back to once a week.

So now I will actually have to put in EFFORT I've been putting in effort with my walk away the pounds and eating right but I know I'll need to increase it to lose 5 by Thanksgiving.

I got some things for my Thanksgiving dinner last night when I went grocery shopping. And some fruits and veggies. I cleaned house big time yesterday, too. I still have one weekend between now and when the whole crew shows up over here.

I found a pecan pie recipe in a lowcarb magazine. I can clarify some butter and skip the baking mix in the crust......I think it will be okay. If not, we can just have the fruit salad for dessert. No worries.

It's getting closer. I saw 225 and 223 on the scale today at different times. I'll post my official weight tomorrow. Right now, we have 11 more morning weigh-ins before the big day. I hope I can make my goal....Now that TOM is leaving, I may have a chance!

Ok, I've been gone awhile and need to get back on the wagon, so to speak. I'm up 15 from my lowest, and been off low carb for almost a year and a half. I'm starting back on induction and looking to lose 5 between now and Thanksgiving. I'm at 175 now. So that'd make my goal 170. Good luck to all. This website helped me lose before, so I'm hoping the inspiration of so many others will once again motivate me to shed the pounds. Good luck all and I'm glad to be back.

Welcome back Sneezles!

And thanks bbj! I had a rough day food wise yesterday, so back with it again today. I can't believe there's only a week and a half until Thanksgiving.

Welcome back, Brandy.

Had a tough Saturday afternoon but I didn't let it ruin my whole day.

Getting my exercise in and feeling good.

I'm off the scale until next Sunday but really wanted to get on this morning. Instead I made a good breakfast and put it out of my mind.

Welcome back, Brandy!

Angie, you're only 2 pounds from your goal, you'll make it. We all have "off" days.

I weighed in at SUPRISE!!!!! 222 this morning. I hope it's not from being dehydrated. I drank water and green tea and iced tea all day and I'm hoping my intake kept up with my outgoing! Yesterday was quite a pee-pee day! LOL!

And I actually got on the Gazelle tonight during CSI Miami. I'm not normally home on Monday nights, so it was nice to get some stuff done (laundry and coupon cutting) and some exercise.

Tomorrow is November 15.

Last year on November 15 I got down to 221.....for ONE day! I would love to be back to that weight tomorrow....exactly a year later. I can't believe it's taken me a year to get back down from last year's Christmas eating binge disaster.

I want to make my goal for this challenge. And I'd love to be in the 'teens (for the first time in 5 years) by the end of this month. We'll see........
