    Day #1 here....again. *sigh*
A fistful of Russel Stover's sugar-free candy is the reason I cannot claim yesterday as an on-plan day.

Yesterday would have been an off plan day except for one strange fact. I totally forgot to eat lunch. So calories were within reason for this one fact only and carbs were only 27 net. So I have to claim it as day #2.

Day #1 went well. Didn't eat much dinner last night. Lots of drama in the house with Abby in a MOOD, not wanting to do homework. Today is Day #2.

Finally, Day one!!! For Valentine's day dinner, planned to only have sashimi (not sushi with rice) and I followed through. Luckily, the place I went to offered three rolls with no rice in them. I chose two of them. They had yellowtail and tuna, looked on calorie king to make sure there were no hidden carbs and everything looked good. I did have ginger which accounts for 5 grams per 1 oz. But I still did not go over 20.

So I can officially start day one (again)... I hope I make it though one week of successful induction.

I'd like to jump in...this will be day 2 of eating on plan. I had one of those minute muffins among other things and man...did that ever fill me up! For me I'm trying to stick to 20 carbs but will allow a couple over but no more than 25. Yesterday I had 21 and today today I'm at 22.
