Day #3 for me too!! great numbers, although I've been having too few carbs (darn fiber subtraction).
Got to the end of the day , really looked at fitday - and had 3 triscuits just to get the number up. Probably not great, but I didn't know what else to do.

switching to Mag's cereal today - little extra carb kick in the morning. plus needing the flax, ya know.

feeling so good about this. Even considering joining Curves again.

Hi all.... well this is my second round at the LC Diet, the first time I did great and lost 70 pounds!!! I had a lot of stuff going on over the summer that got me down in the dumps and I just got off track! For New Years I told myself I was going to get the weight back off, so I got on the scales Monday morning and had gained 30 pounds back! I was so MAD at myself! This is day THREE for me and I am doing good, I am really craving something sweet though!

Yesterday was a great Day #6, and today marks Day #7. I don't believe I've had seven full days on plan in months and months.

This is gonna be the year I hit my goal weight. I just know it. I came within 9 pounds of that goal weight in 2000 and then -- well -- don't ask.

But THIS time I think I may achieve!

You're doing grrrrreat, April.

I printed out the recipe for Maggie's cereal a few weeks ago but couldn't afford the ingredients then I fell off the wagon and now I am back on and got the dough so I am making a vow that I will get my butt to Vitamin Cottage (it backs to our office) and buy the ingredients. I probably could save a few bucks going to a store a bit further away but I'll never get there and it's far cheaper than Whole Foods. So I will be joining you with the morning cereal, Mary Kay.

So I made it through day 1 yesterday, with way too much sodium, but carbs and calories were ok. Drinking tons of water and green tea as I have let myself become dehydrated as well.

We're going strong!

I can claim yesterday as Day #4 but I wish calories were lower. I'm going to try to break my pattern of calorie and carb creep by keeping to 1500 calories or less today.

Day 3/7 in the bag! I was a little high on calories too Rob. I am feeling a little bloated so I am staying off the scale!

Ate a few too many smokehouse almonds but still stayed within my limits for a good day 2 yesterday.

Gearing up for a headache of epic propprtions today but trying to get in a ton of water and green tea to lessen the effects.

Start the parade, people. I made it an entire week on plan and lost 9.2 pounds doing so.

On to week #2. This is Day #1.

Karen - Those calories can creep up and surprise sometimes. Other times you know it as you eat them.

Carolyn - 1500 cals and under 30 carbs is about my goal too. so far this new year my calories have averaged 1530 and carbs at 35.

Noel - Man I love smokehouse almonds. They are no longer allowed in my house. lol

April - consider the parade started! Congratulations - that's an impressive loss!

Had a very good day yesterday trying to break my calorie creep problem. only had 1300 calories and 34 net carbs (need to work on carb control a bit).
