Woo-hoo, April. A weeka dn a ton of weight, good for you.

Rob, I was able to keep it down to just one 28 almond serving last night. I finally tried the wasabie almonds last week and ate the whole can in a day (6 servings I think), so they will not be coming back into the house.

Yesterday was day 3-I did not get the bad headache and kept on plan all day. Today is looking good as well. I made some black soy bean chili and it is awesome! I forgot to print out Maggie's cereal recipe so I am doing that now. I look forward to it.

Had an Ok (NOT great) day #6 yesterday. Invented a homemade pizza crust that I thought would be less carbs than it ended up having (27). So ended up with 50 net carbs. Still not bad.

Rob - GREAT GOING on the entire week!! Hey....I think we should lock the old thread because I nearly posted to that one a moment ago. Do you wanna do it, or shall I?

MK - you're doing fantastic.

As for me, yesterday would have been Day #3 of Week #2, but I really had too much fruit to claim it as on on-plan day. *sigh* At least I didn't have cookies and crap. So, today will be Day #1 for me.

Thanks April! I just locked the old thread. I wouldn't discount teh day because of fruit unless you had a real lot of it.

I really had too many calories and a few too many carbs yesterday while watching The Panthers cream the Giants. So today is a new day #1.

Day #3 starting today. Yesterday went very well. I may have had too many raw carrots, but I think that's okay because I didn't have any fruit.
