I had a deliberate break on day #7, - so wasn't real clean.
but wasn't a guilt one either.
tomorrow is the start of a new week.
But I made 7, and then I made #6 wow!

today is day one, has a three day birthday weekend, and well...won't go into detail, I know what I ate, and that is enough for me.

today I am having a hard boiled egg for breakfast with some mayo
lunch is left overs - a rib, and some brisket and some coleslaw
    not sure about dinner yet.

John's been on-plan since 12-29-05 and has lost over 10 pounds. That plan wasn't working for me, so as soon as I get my new plan developed, and the proper foods in the house, I'll be back to this challenge. I mean, I can't very well say I've been on-plan, if I don't really have a plan, can I? At least I'm not eating sugary and carby foods, but I don't have a real plan just now, either.

Day 2 today.. had home made gumbo for dinner with cauliflower substituting for the rice, it had turkey, smoked turkey, sausage and shrimp in it, oh was it good... dh can surely make a good bowl of gumbo when he wants to....lol.

today on to a good start with my egg salad...
lunch is going to be taco salad
dinner is out at red lobster (our time share is footing the bill...)
I know not to eat the bread, rice, etc. and am going to stick to my guns...
