Day two OAP was good. I decided I couldn't take being on level one all over again for more than a day so I went back to level two. If I had cheated with more than lc chocolate I would have made myself but only lettuce salad is so hard to want to stick with. So I had broccoli last night and felt very satisfied...perhaps the steak is what really satisfied me

Didn't quite make it thru yesterday, but not too bad...

but not calling it day one, so today is day one again
feeling a little more in control today, (i just ate 6 kisses, and 4 choc/peanutbutter cookies so not too too bad but bad enough)

    eggsalad for breakfast
left over chicken for lunch with salad - lettuce tom, cukes, avocado, artichoke hearts...
dinner left over roast dh made yesterday with some home made green bean skillet cassarole.. salad...
    thats it for now
onward thru the fog(litteraly - been raining all night and so far we are under flash flood warnings....)

Not as bad as what I discovered Saturday...stuffed french toast from IHOP. It's the DEVIL!

I'm so glad that we don't have an IHOP here Cushie. I'd be in so much trouble.

Carolyn - you ate only 6 kisses and 4 cookies? When I start on that food I can eat bags of it so I think it is great that you stopped. Sure, I know that you didn't want to it but you are right - it could be a lot worse. Day 1 means new beginnings and with you exercise class you'll be teaching you'll be movitated I'm sure.

How is day 2 going Rob?

I finished a good week so I can start again with day 1. Woo hoo!

heather, the only reason I only had four cookies cause I only bought a small 4 cookie package, and 6 kisses, (someone here keeps them in their drawer and didn't want to seem like a pig taking more than that) so... while I didn't do that bad....thats why I don;t keep that stuff in my house or my desk, I would hog at it all the time till they were all gone then want more....
