    excellent stacy!

Not a good day yesterday. After being sick so long finally am beginning to feel better. my body seemed to crave nourishment so I gave in to lots of things like a couple of apples and some popcorn. Not to mention cheese galore. I'm not the elast but sorry. I think my body needed that. Hoping today is better though. started with a hearty 500 calorie breakfast hoping that would stall the hunger.

So yesterday was suppose to be my first day back on track with induction. I almost made it :o

I ended the day with about 30 carbs which wasn't as bad as it was going to be. I ate part of a croissant that Xander was suppose to eat but didn't. Then I put the other one that I bought in the garbage disposal becuase he didn't want it and I knew I wouldn't be able to resist.

    Today is a new day!

I was going to a potluck tonight but the snow storm put the kibosh on that so I'm going ot freeze the casserole that I was going to take there which should make for some good eating. I also need to do more cooking over the weekend for next week.

Yesterday I again averted disaster by going to Carl's Jr. for a low carb jalepeno burger. I had a friend in the car that got fries and a strawberry shake at McDonald's and he offered me both and I said no. Not even one fry.

So I guess wtih the croissant trouble the day before yesterday would be my first day back on plan. Today we were snowed in for lunch and I usually eat the burger off of Xander's bread and cheese but I had a big hot dog that was in the freezer with just a little chili, not enough to get me in trouble though so it's still a good day 2 so far.

Day 2 was good. I was so busy moving furniture in the evening I didn't get supper made so I ended up eating sliced roasted turkey and provolone cheese roll ups too late.

My eating is going well today also. Made a vow to myself that I would lose this weight and I will.

Yes one day at a time and yesterday was not a good one. unfortunately I was out shopping at lunch time and got very hungry all of a sudden. Blood sugar probably got too low and there was my favorite chinese buffet. Had 2 spring rolls and some of the beffet items were sweet tasting. Didn't take too much of any one thing just lots of different dishes. could definitely have been worse. but back to day #1 today. Birthday party this afternoon so that is today's challenge.
