Default 2006 Eating On Plan for a Full week Challenge

Here is a challenge for all of you out there (like me) who like short-term goals.

It seems that people tend to stick to stuff when they have small, short-term goals. " One day or week at a time" goals... If we all pitch in and try our best to have the short-term goal of having "ONE WEEK OF CLEAN EATING" at a time we may accomplish more and help our long-term goals, of having a lifetime of healthy eating...

So let's hear from you people who want to have little goals that will eventually add up to one BIG one.

Report in daily as to how you are doing....and weekly if you succeeded...and if you didn't (it happens) there is a brand new week RIGHT THERE in front of you to try again.

I was very very good yesteday but the credit is due to a stomach virus not to my own will power. 660 calories and 25 net carbs is way too little food for me but that was all I could handle yesterday. In fact i didn't eat my first bite until 5:00 p.m.

TODAY marked 5 days of eating on plan -- not yesterday, as previously posted.

I'm quite proud of myself and am nearly breaking my arm here patting myself on the back.

OK, I'm back again for the challenge afgter being off plan for too long and gaining back too much. I'm just trying to get through the day. A week would be awesome.

Today will be my day one.

I hope you feel better soon, Rob.

Day #3 went well. More calories and carbs than I'd planned but still respectably low.
