| I'd like to stop by the tea store and buy a tea pot cover Nita. It is working so nice to bring my whole pot out on the coffee table (now my tea table) and it stays warm for an hour! |

| Today is so pretty, I think I need to sit outside (even though it's chilly) and just enjoy the sun and blue sky with a nice mug of tea. Heather, I'm glad you are enjoying your tea pot and tea table. Today I have had a cup of Candy Cane green tea, and Blueberry Breeze green tea. I think this afternoon I'm going to have something with caffeine, for the sinus headache. I've got some blueberry tea, some strawberry, and some cherry. I wonder if I mix them all up, if I'd end up with fruit punch tea? Hmmmmmm....... might outta try that.

| Ah ha! Wise QueenMama - caught onto the caffeine trick for major headaches/sinus eh - it really helps eh. I'm almost out of my Dragon's Well - so have brewed a jug of iced Temple of Heaven - not sure how that will go. Rooibos is fine iced. I've ordered more D/W - might end up with a packet in my suitcase if I don't drink it all before I move. |

| I had a nice big mug of Earl Grey this morning. I like to get my caffiene in early. But, I have been making my pitcher of Earl Grey Green (that I drink iced) 1/3 decaf. I use 2 decaf green bags, 2 regular green, and 2 Earl Grey green per 2 quart pitcher. Today, I used 3 decaf, 1 regular, and 2 E.G. I am trying to wean myself off of as much caffiene as possible. But, if I go "cold turkey", I get a nasty headache. Right now, I'm having a big glass of the 1/2 decaf I made earlier. Yummy! I don't like being "hooked" on anything. If I find myself "having to" have something, I try to step back a bit. I found myself spending too much time on the internet, so I've skipped a few days here and there just to prove to myself I can do without it. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow....I need some more E.G. green so I may browse the tea aisle for a while.

| Going to drink a cup of hot lemon water and green tea this morning before I go to church. I'll bring 3 cups of water with me to drink there so I don't get far behind on my fluids today. |

| Hi, fellow brewskis. I had a nice cup of Earl Grey a little while ago, to settle the stomach and ease the headache. It has helped. I am going to make some sort of green tea soon, and sip on it while I wait for my laundry.

| I polished off the pitcher I made yesterday. And I got 3 boxes of Lipton at Walgreen's. The 40 and 48 count boxes of regular and decaf were on sale for $1.99 (with coupon). And I got another box of my favorite Bigelow Earl Grey Green at Kroger. While I was there, I scoped out the new flavors: Vanilla Caramel, Vanilla Almond, and Vanilla Hazelnut. I picked the Vanilla Caramel....it's regular black tea with flavoring, but it sounds good for the occasional hot cup of tea. Iced Vanilla Caramel doesn't sound good! I may take a bag or two with me to work and try it out. I have cups, hot water, and Splenda available to me there. They provide coffee and sugar and cream (no thanks), so there are the cups and stuff there for me to use. I bet it smells marvelous. I'll turn in my "report" soon. Or are they "reviews" we're doing?

| I made a pitcher of iced tea, used by CS cherry, strawberry and blueberry. DH likes it. It was good, but I still prefer hot tea, at least until hot weather gets here.

| I think I maybe got in two cups yesterday. Just didn't feel like doing anything but sleep. I should have forced myself to drink it to feel better which I'm doing today. So far I've already had one cup. |

| I had a giggle about my iced green tea yesterday - had some guests in for a government meeting - and one director - whom I'm POSITIVE has never likely even heard of green tea poured himself a large glassful. I don't know what he thought it was - but the look on his face when he took a large mouthful had to been seen to be believed!!!! He never said a word - and either did I - but I had a giggle about it to myself! He manfully downed the lot though - probably weed all the way back to the office! Be good for him! |
