QueenMama - thanks for the kind words - not sure I qualify for them though!

Felonee - yep - can identify with the lipstick - best one I've found - Dior. Stays on and nice to wear. My lips dried out too much with Max Factor.

Heather - BLUE sandals - gorgeous!!!

Wah - the Kimster - black sateen loungers - OMG! Too much!!! You were probably sizzling - Sebastian possibly saved your life lady!

So......I'm off to the beach market now - and to the hardware store (not so glam!) I'm wearing my new white shorts (perhaps I was a BIT too keen buying these size 4s!) and my new navy and white t-shirt. Don't think I'll wear makeup - might look a bit tarty with shorts. But I think I'll put some gold hoops in my ears and some lipstick on and my blue seethrough sunnies. But I'm going to wear my white sailing shoes with - not sandals. I don't like sandals with shorts for some reason. I must add - I NEVER wear shorts out unless I'm going near the beach.

I'm just in from the flea market (I looked absolutely stunning there, I assure you... NOT), and I'm trying to do some chores around the house (feed the animals, do laundry, scrub the bathroom), as soon as I'm done with that, I am going to fix myself up. I did wear clean jeans to the flea market AND a clean shirt, AND a bra! Yes, I actually wore a BRA!

Holy cow, Foxie!!! I had to buy a new bra recently (yes, I only bought ONE) because I've gone from a 42DD to a 38DD since I've been on this WOE. I only plan to buy one or two at a time until I get down to goal. My new one is a little loose already, so I'm planning to go again in a few weeks.

O well done Felonee - you're lucky you could fit a 42 - I couldn't even fit that! Great on going down that far - makes a big difference to upper back pain too eh.

Hi, girls. Nice going, Katie. I'd rather have a smaller belly than smaller b**bs, but, I'll take my loss wherever it goes.

This morning, being Sunday, I wore a suit I haven't worn in sometime, (it's a winter suit, and we haven't had winter yet, but it was cooler, so it was ok). Pantyhose (hate them) and even a little make up. Covered up the hair with a nice black dressy cap that has a pretty square of rhinestones on it. It's sort of a newsboy type hat. I get more compliments when I wear a hat, perhaps because they look so much better than my hair! As soon as I got home, I crawled into my sweats and t-shirt, because I'm doing laundry, and I hope to get in a little nap.

Sunday cap & nap. nice day Nita!!!

went shopping today and got some new panties and socks. I just love that the larger panties aren't just white cotton anymore.

Ooooh, Mary Kay, pretty undies. It's about time they started making plus-size pretties.

I actually put on makeup today, even mascara! Don't know why. Just a whim. Still don't look better, just different. I'm wearing shades of teal, light shirt, dark pants. It's easier to wear pants to work, especially having to bend over to get to the lower file drawers. Even just sitting at a desk all day, it's just more comfy in pants. Probably because there are no pantyhose to pinch the thighs.

Yesterday I wore this cute chinese dress to church. Dh was the only one who said anything about it. It was different and I bet people didn't know what to think. Next time I need to make sure I get the static out because it was a pain sticking to me. Today I'm wearing jeans and a cute lacy top even though I'll be cleaning today. So far I've done a lot of cleaning which always feels good!

Y'all have been doing great!

I haven't lost my boobs yet, just the fat underneath them! I hope that I end up around a C or D cup when I'm done losing weight, but I don't hold out much hope of that since I've been wearing a DD since 5th grade.

Haven't gotten dressed so far, but I did brush my hair and put moisturizer on my face It's raining here FINALLY, and I have no plans to leave the house today. I can wear a nightshirt that was too small before I started this WOE, and its so nice to be able to wear a pretty one instead of one of DH's huge t-shirts.

Had a fun day yesterday - was able to wear a short white skirt from Colarado (which I'm sure must be a US brand) - its very nice to wear and I've had the dressmaker run up some short tops - sleeveless with low necks and tiny frill around the neckline - very cool in sea-island cotton in pretty tiny florals. Last night went out for dinner - black linen slacks and the same type of top - but a little longer and in black chiffon with huge green and white lillies printed on. I found it got VERY expensive buying bras once I started loosing weight - I went from not being able to fit ANY right down to my present 14DD - and it cost all the way! This is the lotion I use http://www.algologie.com
It feels great on the skin. I used to buy Revlon nail polish and cosmetics - but nowdays I find cheaper nail polish just as good - and I've switched to Dior cosmetics and perfumes - a bit expensive - but DS buys the perfumes for me - so that's OK and the makeup does last a long time.

I buy a lot of my "beauty" products from Yves Rocher. They are expensive, but then they always have good deals, 1/2 price, buy 1 get one free or half price, and their free gifts are wonderful. I have more purses and a really nice fleece wrap from them.
http://www.yves-rocher.com/index_us.html

I have a goal that maybe sounds weird, but, here goes. My son-in-law is from Togo, and when he first got here he brought my DH and I some genuine African clothes. Mine is a wonderful caftan, DH's is a short and shirt set that is a nice big green print. And our son-in-law's best friend brought us each another outfit, again a caftan for me, and another short set for DH. Well, DH won't wear them. I guess he feels that a middle-aged white dude just won't look cool in those outfits, so I am going to keep them for me for when I am small enough. I think they will be very cute shorts outfits for a middle-aged lady, if my legs ever get thin enough to go out in public in shorts. Won't do it now, no, no, no. Too much droopy stuff around the back of my knees. I don't want to look at it, why would anyone else?

Hey Nita... If they don't like it, they can just NOT LOOK! I used to avoid shorts and sleeveless shirts, but the heat in California, where I lived in Washington, and here are just too much! I figure if I'm clean and neat, then there is nothing wrong with exposing a little more skin

Those outfits sound awesome, Fox! I bet you looked gorgeous!

Today I am wearing black. Pants and knot top. Black rings. Black plaid shoes. Make up, but no mascara today. Maybe tomorrow will be more colorful.
