| No change - well, maybe a couple of ounces, but not enough to count yet. I actually was up 2 lbs yesterday, but today the scale was back to what it was the day before. So, no downward progress, but no sustained upward movement, either, so that's actually progress for me.

| Nita, I like your "rainbow of challenges"! I had a bunch of junk to eat today....my excuse? It was my birthday, and I was running around to the doc, work, and my haircut appointment. Truthfully....the first bite of the junk tasted good. Maybe even the second bite....but the 3rd bite on just made me sort of sick in my stomach. And tired. And bloated. And having "rumbly tummy". No one outside of a lowcarb support group would understand this: I am looking forward to Saturday morning, so I can get back on plan and detox myself. (Eating that junk was NOT good for my body, mind, or spirit.) Green tea, water, lean protein, and salad greens are the menu for tomorrow.

| I'm not doing so well here. I'm finally buying into the "no sleep=no weight loss" equation. I've been lucky to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night since we implemented Austin's bedtime. I'm enjoying the child-free time so much that I have a hard time forcing myself to go to bed!

| I know the feeling, Katie! I got to sleep in a bit this morning before my dental appointment.....and now I'm not in bed yet! I am a total night owl.....DD and DH are totally opposite! They are both crashed at 9:00 sharp most of the time....and I am just getting wound up. Oh, well. Sweetness, would you change my stats to 211....I've not been 207 for many days and I feel like a fraud having that 207 in my stats. Maybe the humiliation of being over my start weight will help me do better.
