here I would like to be either, but I just figure that I am not where I would be if I quit either! I "cheated" one day for 2 hours, and felt like I had a hangover the next day...I felt awful. And if I continued to eat that way, I would be up the 36lbs I have lost in no time. Now, if I can just keep focused one day at a time and appreciate the 2lb loss here and there, I will be at goal weight in no time. Maybe not on MY time table, but before I know it I will be there. :eyes:
