Hey Cynnie and PQ!

I'm doing okay. Up just one pound....and having a "perimenopausal" symptom with it: some slight cramping/spotting. Weird. I'm so in denial about aging! LOL!

I'm quite sure I'll be up tomorrow....I always seem to gain on the weekends. But, I drop it back off during the week. I'm so looking forward to 199!

PQ - I'm doing my own version of LC. I restrict my carbs to mostly veggies and friuts. I am also restricting my fat and calorie intake, plus exersize.
Now this past weekend I had a wedding to go to, plus I just got back from vacation so I really didn't eat like I should!! So today I'm back on the horse like a good little girl!

Hope everyone else faired a little better than I did this weekend! I'm going to wait a couple days before jumping on the scale so I don't get discouraged!!!

Cynnie,
Sounds like you have a plan, just make sure you don't restrict too much, I know when I do that I end up binging like a starved fool.
And jumping on the scale daily is so discouraging to me, I don't know how Maxibee does it.
You aren't that old Maxibee???? Too funny.
write when you can

Hey, girls. Yes, I AM that old! LOL! I turned 42 in March. Yikes! It's okay, though....40 is the "new 30".

I went all the way up to 207 before sliding back down to 205. I want to see 203 ( a new low!) by the end of the week. Maybe TOM will depart by then. Take care, girls.

Maxibee from one Pisces to the next.. friend 42 isn't old...97 is old. 42 and premenpausal? Doesn't seem right.
I keep losing .3 pounds, and then .6 pounds a day! I am ok with that!!!
I am still jealous of 207 or 203!!!

PQ - Don't worry I allow myself a little here and there. Not as much as I'd like but I figure some every now and then and I'm OK!
I think I'll jump on the scale again this weekend so I'll hopefully have a slightly lower number to post!

Ok, I am confessing. I have been eating AWFUL, everything under the sun. I need to at least get back to where I was so I will be happy if I lose 10 lb's from now until Memorial Day...I HAVE to! So I will be here for accountability. Thank you for being fatithful to this thread. Today I am 236.5-I know it is bloat and carb weight that will go with water and exercise, but I need to be at least 226 by the end of the month. Here goes!

Actually it has gotten worse. I feel AWFUL! Why do I eat like this! My husband has been gone for a month and he will be back next week and I have GAINED 10lbs. I didn't get the house painted, I didn't get the house organized, I barely got the laundry done!!! Oh well, I know I will just feel so much better when I am back to the meat, veggies and water. And exercise, I WANT to exercise, just have been SO busy. I know that isn't an excuse, we make time for what is important.......Thank you for the encouragement PQ.
