| I am back and with more motivation and reasoning than I have had in years!!! The 411 on me? I used to go by the name Protein Queen (PQ) back in the day, I tried using that name again however, I couldn't get it again. So here I am as PQ311 (the 3-11 is my birthday! which is soon! ) Anywho....I have been lovin' low carb since 2000! When it was said to be "dangerous" and unhealthy..I have been down and up since then, . my goal is to lose 57 pounds (again ) taking the weight off doesn't seem to be the problem, keeping it off does however, I need to dig deeply on that part, but meanwhile I do need to take the weightoff.Care to join my weightloss train with me? I would like to lose as much weight by the time Memorial day comes.... I will be following the late great Dr Atkins program to the tee. I am very disciplined if you remember me at all from the past? I eat meat, cheese, eggs and green veggies. I incorporate berries, nuts and seeds after the first month. I don't eat snack bars, shakes or anything fake or really marketed for low carbers (I feel they slow me down). I try to keep it as real as possible. And I will down a gallon of water a day Now just because I do this doesn't mean that you have to as well, to hop on the weight loss train with me!!! It is going to be summer before we know it and don't you want to be thinner by the time summer "offically" starts? Come along and join!!!! ************************************************** ********* I will be starting again come MARCH 13TH, that is two days after my birthday plenty of time to enjoy my birthday celebrate with cake and everything , but it is full speed ahead after that.....Hope to hear from alot of people. If you want motivation and support this is the thread for you. Please give us the 411 on yourself who you are, what you want to accheive and anything else you want to tell us. Exciting and new, come aboard we're expecting you.... **There are some suprises that I will share along the months on the thread, somethings that I will be doing to myself to improve my looks. | OMIGOD!!! Is it really you, PQ???? Wow, is it good to see you back! ![]() I remember your work time drama we lovingly called "The Office". You realize they ripped off our work and used it to make a primetime half hour sitcom by the same name, right? I wonder if we can prove we had the name and idea first? ![]() How the heck are you? I'm fine.....I have a journal called A Day in the Life of Maxibee. And I'd be glad to join you in this challenge. The M&M Birthday Challenge will be over by then.....so I will have room in my siggy for a new logo. Hey, take care and look for me here on the boards....I'm (still) here almost every day! ![]()

| Hey there! It is me PQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am alive and kicking,,,I will be kicking the carbs soon again very soon! I remember the whole Office thing since then, I will never forget that. The one girl "got her's" after all of that anyway. I moved to a different dealership since then ( automotive) and I am still working in a cell/cubical but, I have some believers in Atkins in this office, even my boss is jumping aboard to lose some weight, we are all start on 3/13! I can't wait, there is so much I want to change about my appearance, I have hid behind this weight for too long, I need to lose it (once and for all) and I want to figure out why I lost it once and reclaimed ownership again. Why I feel this " need" to eat and stuff any and ALL emotions down with food. Ya know????? It was a pleasure hearing from you again friend, write back when you can, PQ |

| I will join you PQ!! Just started Atkins today, is that ok for the challenge? lol What should my goal be?? Better yet... when is Memorial Day??? May? Hm ok, 2 1/2 months from now. I'm up for the challenge. My stats are 160/160/120. So I say my stats for the challenge will be 160/160/140. Is 20 lbs ok to lose in 11 weeks? Is it realistic?? Sheesh that would be awsome if I did!!! Ok a lil about myself...I'm 25, 5'2 and a mother to 5 kids. So yes I am ready to be back to my slim self again. Hope to see more people on this challenge!! |

| PQ, you know I am a challenge queen! LOL! Maybe I should change my screen name from Maxibee to CQ...? I'll have to get back to you on my stats for this. I have 3 other challenges I am working on, so I'll go from there and figure how much I want to lose (all of it!). Doesn't it seem like it was just Christmas a couple of weeks ago? And here we are...with Spring in the wings.

| I want to join this challenge after the March Madness one is over. I hope to be under 200lb's by Memorial Day 2006! But it is hard for me to keep track of where I am at with all these, so I will just post my stats etc on April 1st. Thank you all for hosting all these challenges and keeping me ( and others!) focused!

| i'll join your challenge...a little about my self...i started atkins on 3/12/2006..and i'm down 9 lbs already...yea!!! i'm a mother of 2 kids.. my stats are 224/215/130. i want to lose 20 lbs by memorial day...i hope i can do it...good luck to all!!! |

| Day 10 on induction. Lost 5 lbs so far, but lost 3 inches in my hips, 2 in waist, 1/2 in arm. Started the water challenge cuz I am no where near my min. water intake. I think thats why I have only lost 5 lbs so far. So stats are now 160/155/140 |
