| Here we are folks, anyone that wants to join this, lets start Monday March 27th! How about it? No pop til APRIL 27th!!! Are we going to drop before that? I think not, I think that I can and you can do it. What this requires: No pop includes.....ready no flavored ( bye...Flavor Splash:( ) waters, no diet teas, no diet anything at all!!! Besides we aren't dieting we are on a life long program to better our health and living Right??? Nothing that has any ingrediant that we can't spell (like I can't) and say out loud or use in a sentence. And we all know that we should be drinking half our weight in water....that is alot of water for me atleast...... Let's see how we feel, look, and if it really does make the difference at the scales. Good Luck and Can't wait to hear from everyone! This is going to a FUN be one!!

| Just saw the thread up on OWL and had to check it out. I am proud to say that since about January 2004, I have probably had about 12 ounces of soda every 6 months. This is a challenge that I gladly accept, and one that I am already doing. Making it to April 27th should be no problem. PS, good to see that you are still around PQ. I still remember you from when I was in Rochester. I am now a grad student in LA, so I don't check the board as often as I would like to...

| I am totally with you! I can't believe I ate poorly today. First day since the 10th of Jan, I ate off plan and feel yucky. There are some reasons for it, and tomorrow it will not happen again, I will not go on THAT roller coaster ever again! So, starting on Monday, I am right there with you all! Water, Water, Water.....and then some more water!

| I'm in!!! Of course I'll still drink my green and white tea but no pop. Small steps but I don't put any sweetners in my tea's anyways. |

| This is weird. When we lived in Ohio, it was pop. In Texas, it's soda or a Coke (even if they are talking about rootbeer!), in New England it's tonic! I seldom drink pop anymore, and if I do, only Splenda sweetened. As much as I like Dr. Pepper, it is still sweetened with aspartame, so I avoid it. The other night I had a diet 7-Up with Splenda, and just didn't enjoy it, it was so sweet. So, I will be happy to joing this challenge, and not drink diet pop, soda, or tonic. Come join us on the Gallon of Water Challenge! Of course, you don't have to drink an entire gallon, but at least try to get in 1/2 your weight in ounces of water.

| Dooms day is here folks! The start of plain jane aquafina...it says on the bottle pure water and perfect taste, I think that is a matter of opinion.....I miss my flavored water already! boo hooo But, this is what I need to get healthier....we all need right? I am glad to see so many people interested in this!!! PQ

| well.... i dont know if it would work with half and half or cream... but here is how sebastian makes something bubbly and sweet.. (its milk with a straw!) get a straw.. i am sure you can make SOMETHING bubbly and sweet |
