| I tried the 2 mile WATP this morning - didn't make it. got a little past the 1 m and just couldn't possibly see getting to the end. so fast forward to the cool down and managed to not DIE. so, did a little more than I have been, but not as much as I wanted. But I'll keep trying this tape until I can do the middle section. Asthma is bad again. and i know why - but it doesn't seem to matter enough and it should.

| and tonight I did the Ball work. with 5 lb weights. So far it is sore, but fun. I think I'll work on the 20 minute workout this weekend. I think part of my problem with the WATP is that I do it first thing in the morning. I haven't had any breakfast yet. so tomorrow I will start with breakfast and then walking. Maybe I won't weaken out before I finish. Worth trying. also moving my clock radio across the room. snooze button is just too accessible right now.

| Another "cosmic twin" thing! I was thinking of doing that, too.....when I did it, it really worked. Once my feet are on the floor, I'm okay. I read about some weird alarm clock that rolls around the floor and you have to chase it around to turn it off....that's WAY too much for me to accomplish when I first wake up! I only did one circuit on the gym last night, then my sister called. By the time we got off the phone, I was tired and went to bed....around 11:00. It's supposed to be nice here over the weekend (if the dust storm stops!) and around 65-70 degrees. AND I bought some knee, elbow and wrist ADULT size protective gear....so I might be more relaxed riding my bike with DD.

| Got back on the gazelle this morning. Did 15 minutes, without hardly a whimper from the knees. I'd prefer morning workouts, but on weekdays there's not much time, unless I get up before DH, but then I'd have to do it in the dark, because the gazelle is in the bedroom. No other good place for it at the moment. Maybe we need to build an exercise room onto the back of the house. Ha Ha Ha.

| I got all suited up to ride my bike with DD.....and the knee pads and stuff are just too tight on me. I'll take them back and look for some others somewhere else. Also, the air was low in my bike tires. So, instead, I walked around our neighborhood while DD rode her bike, then I came in and did half a mile on the Gazelle. That equals 1 mile for me today.

| Nita - I have the same problem with lack of room. Maxi - good going! Rained yesterday so walking was out. But I did vacuum the whole condo and did 3 loads of laundry. Then the puppy got loose and I chased her for 15 minutes in the pouring rain. So I'm counting it!

| No exercise today.....yet. I will work out during the commercials while Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy are on. I weighed in at 204 this morning....which is the lowest weight I've been in 5 years! I just wonder......could it be that I'm making more progress now since I've been......(gasp!).....EXERCISING?????

| great news Maxi. I was back at 197 'again' today. but, I can so feel what the ball workout is doing for me. in my stomach and hips and arms. and I like it. did the fundamentals again this morning, going to take the dog for a walk after dinner, and think I may do a bit of the 20 minute workout. None of the arm work because I did that this morning, but just to get acquainted with it. tomorrow will be WATP, but later in the day. I just drag all day after doing it. I know it is supposed to invigorate, but it just wears me out. but I'm doing something each day, and that is way more than before.

| I got 11 minutes on the gazelle last night. And that was a struggle. I'm hoping to get back to 15 minutes, and soon to 20.
