Hi Heather, I am at a complete stand still per usual. Better than up though!

How is everyone else? How is the blood sugar issue going Heather are you getting it resolved?

I'm feeling so much better now that I can have more food sunshine - lol. Plus I eat every few hours which is so important with this sort of thing, heck it is important for your metabolism too. Eat every few hours guys, spread your meals out so that your metabolism doesn't slow down into starvation mode. We need all the help we need to get to a healthy weight.

I have a confession, I'm actually at 139 too Ambition!! One thing I've done in this journey is not change my signature because it motivates me to get back down to it. To me it's almost like admitting defeat when I change it. I know that I'll get it off, I won't give up and that I'll move on to even a lower weight!

Oh Heather! You have come down a long way (From 263 to 139lb), you sure know how to deal with the small bounces on the way. My problem is remaining motivated through the bounces. You are right! not changing the signature can work as a great pusher and motivator. Well, now that we both are at 139 lbs. Lets work our way down the ladder of 130s. As I said earlier somewhere, you are a great inspiration. You can lead the way and I will follow :bear:
