A break from the scale certainly helped. I have a loss of 2 more pounds to report. Current stats for this challenge 142/133/132. One pound away from the goal .

I bet your body is going to take a little break Ambition from this huge whoosh and you'll still get to your goal! Way to go - you must be so excited!!

Thanks Heidi and Heather.
Heather, you were right! my body is taking a break after the whoosh and my weight is fluctuating half a pound up and down since last 4 days now. I think it is time to take a break from the scale again. I mean, I am greatful for the big whoosh that I got (which I dont get very often) and would like my body to stabalize at this point rather than gaining, so no point in checking for weight loss every morning .

No more losses to report but the scale remained at 133. Actually it was 133.5lb but I know I had a really salty meal the night before and TOM is here too. Therefore I am not changing my sigi.

Keeping away from the scale till thursday.

However, I tried on my size 4 jeans today and was able to fit into them! I am soo excited that I was able to go from size 8 to size 4 (without buying size 6 - I had promised myself that I will graduate directly to size 4). My size 8 were getting hard to keep up on my waist even with the belt so I tried the size 4 (I had kept those in a corner in my closet as a challenge) this morning and they fit! I can only remember a brief period in my life when I was in size 4. I will try to stay in size 4 longer this time and hope not to go up the size ladder again

Today is the weigh-in day and the scale showed 130.5 lbs this morning.
Current stats for this challenge 142/130.5/132 (GOAL MET +1.5 LBS)
I think this challenge goes on till June 14 and I will keep posting till then (although it is getting kind of lonely in here :( )

I think that this challenge officialy ended on June 14th.
My final stats for the challenge 142/132/132. I touched 130 for a while but went back up to 130 lbs.
Thanks Heidi for hosting this challenge and Heather for motivating us.
