You guys are doing great, sorry I haven't been stopping in more. I've been on plan since Monday and am feeling great. God gave me a great birthday present...I overate and was depressed that I did but the next day I still was the same weight. Whew!

Today was good.

B = LC hot cereal w/cream, decaf w/cream
L = Salad with 1/2 roma tomato, tuna salad, hb egg
S = Barbeque brisket (yum!) and homemade coleslaw

Today is a bit iffy for me. I want to eat everything but of course I don't want to feel that I've let myself down so haven't started any binge. Going to go to bed early tonight with the kids so that I have less time to fight the cravings .

Another fairly good day, sorta.

B = Hot LC cereal w/ cream & decaf w/cream
S = Chocolate OMM
L = Leftover brisket and coleslaw
S = Another bowl of hot lc cereal - hey, I was hungry!
S = Weiners and salad, 1/3 small roma tomato, 1/2 avocado

We went to a baby shower, they had bowls and bowls of chips, I was very, very good. Not one single bite!

I have to let you know that yesterday was a tough day for me to stay abstinant from my binge foods. Those days I tell my husband that I've eaten all that I can for the day and to help me not eat anymore. He should be chief of the food police because he is quite good at this job. Dh would hold the refrigerator door close, spy on me in the kitchen or oink at me if he had too. Awww, the love we share for each other - lol.

just today I will eat on plan,

breakfast is scrambled eggs with sausage and some cheese on a lc tortilla with some salsa
lunch tuna fish with lettuce, cukes and tomatoes
dinner hamburger patty with salad
thats it for today.

I made it thru yesterday, carbs were at 35 and cal at 1645, a little high, but no sugar, no candy, no popcorn, no stuff I shouldn't eat
Went to gym this morning and got in my 1 hour of water aerobics.
so far 2 quarts of water
scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in lc tortilla
coffee, cream and splenda

onward thru the fog

Made it thru yesterday onward to day 3, oh I am so excited... no sugar two days in a row, no "bad" foods I shouldn't eat...

last night we had a rack of lamb for dinner with spinach (the rack had 8 chops so dh and I each had two and will finish it tonite.)

today so far almost two quarts of water,

scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage in lc ww tortilla

coffee, cream splenda

lunch is left over tuna from monday with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cukes

S - Steamed chicken breast chunks, brussels sprouts and broccoli
Snack - Chocolate OMM

Gallon of water, and various cups of tea, primarily green.

Thanks for the invite Carol I think that this will help me out too starting over , I feel like I am reporting and that might help keep me on track better. One day at a time is so simple and so smart :o)

Here is day 2

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 pcs of bacon
lunch: Chicken breast,2 c spring mix salad with 1 tbsp dressing, 1 oz cheese
Dinner: Chicken breast, 1c squash
Snack: 2 pepperettes

water,water everywhere.....
yoga for 40 minutes
