| Day 5 !!!!!!!!I made it!!! Now if only I can behave on the weekend.... B: Minute muffin l: Tuna with mayo, celery, cheese, dill pickle D: going to be out a restaurant....Thinking Chicken with ceasar

| working on day one again, all is well, breakfast was two hard boiled eggs, coffee/cream lunch was a wonderful greek salad, lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, cukes, vinegarette, and the "gyro" meat for protien two glasses of water already in have a quart sitting by me need to drink yesterday I almost got in 4 quarts of water, 2 at the gym in the morning, one at the gym after work, and almost another while watching tv.... trying toget my 4 quarts in (wednesday I got in three.. so I am getting better)

| today is day two, made it thru yesterday without any sugar. After a four day weekend, I didn't do too bad, but can't count each day as on plan.... c

| DAY 4Onward, yesterday wasn't too hard, I had my food with me at work, and came home early cause I didn't sleep worth a hoot the nght before and I wanted to do watervolleyball last night so I left work about an hour early and just vegged at home, grabbed a couple slices of ham before I went to the gym - was feeling hungry, and ate dinner at 8:30 pm left over pork chop, cauliflower, cukes, tomato, coleslaw...mmmm still havn'thit the sf jello, but it is there if I need it. later c

| TODAY IS DAY 7 eating on plan and no sugar.... boy it feels great getting to this point, usually the first three =4 days are hardest, and when you go to a pot luck, and bring sf jello with cream, and some cocoa flavored plain yogurt and strawberries so you aren't tempted to the desert table... you are on track... I avoided the desert table by having my plate full of meat and veggies, and walked past carrot cake by saying I have my own deserts... also brought a bag of cherries for our crowd to munch on after square dancing....

| tks nita, and welcome getting skinny... I started this challenge, cause sometimes, all you can do it try to get thru one day at a time (kind of like an aa for us foodies....lol) anyway, it helps me be accountable to myself about what I am eating Today is day 12 of eating on plan.... working what I need to do.... seems to be getting easier and easier as I get over the hump days.... 4-7, was a hump, 15-20 is a hump, and 30-35, once I get over those, I should be on my way.
