| Welcome to the challenge forum! This is a place for community members to challenge themselves and one another. We always seem to have a number of challenges going. Maybe you'll see a challenge that you'd like to try. In that case, just join right in. Maybe you have an idea for a challenge. In that case, feel free to start your own thread. Here are some guidelines for creating challenges. They simply re-state what's been the practice all along. 1. ~ Challenges should encourage moderate, healthy and sustainable behaviors, consistent with a low carb lifestyle. 2. ~ They may be specific or general in nature, but try to keep it "doable." 3. ~ They should be open to the entire LCE community. 4. ~ There should be no money or prizes involved. Improving one's health is its own reward. Take up a gauntlet or throw down your own! Enjoy!
