Talking Labor Day Loser's Challenge

I don't want to *miss a beat* here...I'm going straight into my next challenge...
Labor Day Loser's.
My goal is the same as the Yankee Doodle Dandy Challenge...10 lbs.
If I calculated right, this challenge will be just under 9 weeks.

Anyone else need a little challenge in their life???? It's good for the soul!

Hello, Shelley! Another enthusiastic "Loser" here! I'm calling this my "more veggie" challenge. And in honor of Labor Day, I may do a little more "labor" in the kitchen, exploring a few of those LC recipes I've got on hand.

Best wishes everyone!

P. S. My "goal" is still that quirky idea of seeing 128--or even 125--sooner or later.

I'll join in. same goal for me. a downward trend, and control in my life.
I hate setting a number, but I know what direction I need to go in.
But.... then again, I would like to break into the 180s again. I got there. 182 was my low limit. But I had to really work hard for that.

I would also like to join in. My weight is currently bouncing between 132 and 130 lbs and I would like to be 125 lbs by labor day. Stats for this challenge 132/132/125 (7 lbs to loose in 9 weeks).

Alright... we all know how horribly I floundered on the last challenge... that's what I get for trying to "modify" Atkins....and if you don't know what modify means when I say it.... it means I've given my permission to be an idiot and cheat! But I'm over it. Holidays are over until like november.... so I'm on track. Starting Atkins induction tomorrow... my first official day of this challenge. I have no idea what day labor day is... so I"m going to look it up right now.... and I"ll figure out what my goal is for the challenge...

September 4th being labor day I plan on getting into the 120's. I haven't seen them since I was a sophmore in highschool when I got serious with my now dh along with all the fast food resteraunts in town we went to on our dates lol. So my stats for this challenge will be: 138/138/129. 9 pounds to go but I'm not getting any younger. This is about when my oldest goes to 2nd grade!!! Where is the time going?

I'm a bit jealous of all of you.... you are all so close to your final goals.... but I know that I will get there sooner or later.... hoping for sooner. So Sept. 4th... well that is like 60 days away..... so I'm thinking that I"m going to break a big "milestone" for myself.... and I'm not putting it up here... not just yet. I tend to jinx myself right off the bat... so I"m just going to work hard and get there.

Shelley, I thought I joined this challenge, but I guess I didn't! I think I was talking about it on the other challenge thread.

I was at 208 this morning, so I'm just gonna try again for 199. So 208/208/199 will be my beginning stats. I'd better buckle down!

I'm all for this challenge! The others helped so much. I've been out for a couple weeks and too much vacation has gotten me off track.
