| I am pledging to myself that I will not cheat any during this coming up Holiday season, that is Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also will include this coming up Halloween on Tuesday to and I promise myself I will eat no Trick or Treat candy either. Do you want to join me? All we need to do is post and let us all know that you are not cheating and be honest about it. If you happen to cheat let us know that to, so we can be here for you to help you. Lets not be ashame if we do happen to cheat. We all have done it at one time or another. But in order for us to lose this weight we have to train ourselves not to eat wrong even duing the Holiday times. I know it will be hard but I know we can do it. |

| No cheating for me today... Eggs for breakfast. Steak at AppleBees for lunch and for supper tonight I will just have maybe a small salad. When I eat out I am not to hurgry at night time but i know I need to eat something so I will make a small salad. |

| Very Good Sunshine Good day for me... Breakfast-Slim Jim + Coffee Lunch-Chipoltes--carnitas salad with lettuce, pulled pork, cheese, a few diced tomatoes, guacamole...no rice or beans Dinner- 4 brown-n-serve sausage links Snack-pork rinds (hot and spicy) Good day of eating...I feel TOM coming on, but he rares his head at different times due to my hypothyroidism....I will weigh myself next week at the office because I temporarily banned myself from having a scale at my home.. Have a great weekend of Lcarbing with no cheets...We can do it!!!

| Great day for me today-- Breakfast: Turkey bacon and 2 eggs...A couple of green tea sweetened with Splenda Lunch: Two bites of chicken salad(not very hungry) Snack: OMM with a little butter Dinner: 2 pork chops, steamed broccoli with a little butter, OMM with a little butter I was introduced to those little OMM and they are intoxicating and very filling. I'm doing well. I'll get on the scale sometime at the beginning of the week. I kind of chucked my scale away. Ophelia

| Hello Out there...I hope you are doing Oka Sunshine..I had a good day today. Breakfast: 2 brown and serve sausage links, one cup green tea w/splenda Lunch: 1 piece Sausage pizza no crust, three sips of diet coke Dinner: OMM, a few bites of chicken salad I am doing well on eating and portion control.

| I have been doing good to but only lost 2 lbs. this last week though. Now if I can get through tonights Trick or treat and not get into the candy I have to give out to the kids I will be ok. I mostly have a brand muffin for breakfast and coffee and lunch is usually my biggest meal and I eat light at supper time. I like meats and I eat mostly that with a veggie of some sort for most my meals. I do like to make a good tuna or chicken salad to. Most times I keep my carbs at about 25 aday. If I do go over that then I try to make up for it the next day and cut back on the carbs. I have been trying to teach myself how to eat like a normal person would and not overeat and control my portion sizes to and this helps me alot. I also read and study alot on healthy foods and learn a more healthier way of eating. When I do finally lose all this weight I do not want to gain it back. Right now I am not doing much exercise because my knees have been bothering me bad and I had to go to the doctor with them and get some injections in them. Maybe in a week or so they will ease up some and then I plan to get back to my exercising more and burn up more of this fat on this old body of mine. Tonight is Trick or Treat and i have this big bag of candy sitting on my dinning room table to give out to the kids tonight, I have so far been good and not gotton into it. Hope I can make it through the night and not give in to it. HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE. |

| Good day of no cheating today.. Breakfast: 2 brown and serve sausage links OMM with drizzled butter Lunch: 3 brown and serve sausage links Dinner: Steak with brussel sprouts and grilled onions, OMM with cheese So I must confess that the OMM are the bomb, but I won't be eating anymore until possibly the weekend. They are extremely filling and I think that I am going overboard with them. I need a little relaxation from the goodness and moderation has to become a staple with those little slices of heaven. So no more for me for a while until I can get some control. Have been doing well however and have no desire to cheat. Ophelia

| I have been telling myself all week that I want to lose my weight more than I want that Halloween candy, and it has worked to. We always have a couple of nice dressy parties to go to at Christmas and I want to be able to go buy me some new outfits to wear and I want to be able to get into that smaller size. So I just keep telling myself that losing my weight is more important to me than eating wrong. |

| Nice to hear that Sunshine. Good day of noooo cheating today. Boy is this awesome. Lost three lbs since saying goodbye to peanuts. Breakfast: 2 brown and serve sausages, string cheese Lunch: 1 slice of sausage pizza without the crust Dinner: poached salmon w/ OMM So I wanted to give up the muffin for a while, but even with that, I am losing weght. I am limiting myself to 1 per day no more. Oh, I do drink my water. In fact that is the only thing I drink besides green tea on occasion. Take care and good luck. Ophelia

I hope you are doing well, too. Decided to throw out sour cream today..adds too many calories to my meals...will just stick with mayo as a condiment... Ophelia
