Kameron, you, too, hang in there. Just take it one day at a time. If you slip, just get back up, dust yourself off, and start fresh. That's all you can do, but "never give up, never surrender!" (Surrender to the high-carb life, that is.)

I'm startng out on day 52, feeling pretty good. I've been reading in my Protein Power books, and I think I'm going to tweak my plan to follow their plan more than Atkins. (Not that there is anything wrong with Atkins, I've lost 75 lbs doing his plan, and have done so in the past, but I'm stalled, have been for a long time, and I need to do something else.)

55 days, still with the plan. Didn't eat much yesterday. Loss of appetite due to a cold. Not losing, either. Those 5 lbs came back plus one, and my rings are really tight. Bummer.

Oh QM if only I had read your post before sunday Let's just say I have picked up and dusted off and am back on the horse. I have figured out one thing...for me I have to exercise and eat right. If I don't exercise I eat all crazy. But when I do exercise I eat right. Oh and I have to start out with breakfast. You all are doing great and I'm here watching you, my own personal "HEROES" "SAVE THE QUEEN SAVE THE WORLD"

Day 56. Feeling a tad better today. Staying as close to plan as possible, but still not eating completely right. Have to force myself to eat, sometimes, which is just too weird. I'm usually famished come meal time. However, having a cold is just no way to control the appetite.

Day 58. So far no food, but not hungry. I've been drinking coffee, and some flavored water. I'm not eating off plan, but I don't think I'm eating enough, but that will change when this cold goes away.

66!! and I managed to stay on at the conference!!! There were a couple of times that I ate something that I wasn't too sure about, but I just didn't eat much just in case!

Today is Saturday, Day 68. and I lost another 1.5!! Really gives me motivation! I'm going to still shoot for 160 by 4/4, so that's another 6.5. I won't be crushed if I don't make it, but I'm sure going to try!
