| So good! Off to a healthy start with exercise and then came home to a nice relaxing cup of french vanilla coffee. Yummy! One in the morning, afternoon and then my victory bath makes for 3 moments of peace in my day. Then a couple more because I like to take tea breaks too. I'm spoiling myself and loving it. A busy day with ds back at school and then working at the nursary this evening during church service. Should burn some good calories there. Looking forward to changing my stats tonight. 2 down 98 to go |

| Day 10! 1/4/07! This is the beginning of the day, but it's the best time for me to post. AND...I've lost 4 pounds!!! AND...10% of the way there.

| Wow! You Heathers are doing so great! I'm on day 3, day 2 was good, just a tad high on calories, but spot on with the carbs. In fact, the scales claim I lost 2 lbs since yesterday, but I don't really believe it. I'll believe it when I don't see the scales bounce back up tomorrow!

| I'll give you a head start. I started on Jan 1 at 205. So I guess I am currently 205/199/170... and I hope to hit the 170 by early April. |

| Just finished day 3, and beginning day 4. Yesterday was pretty good. I did not track in Fitday, but I'm sure the totals were acceptable. I'm at the same weight I was yesterday, so perhaps this is working - again.

| Good going guys and gals! Day 5 here and still on plan. So far so good! Doohickie nice to see you. Our weights and goals are pretty similar, it will be fun to keep tabs on each other. Everyone else, keep on keepin on! |

| 1/6/07-Day 12! today was on plan, but just BARELY! I ate quiche and lil smokies for a very late breakfast. Then went to the movies and had just a little of some popcorn, then home and had a glass of wine and a chicken breast from last night for dinner. and almost no water. :-( 'S ok, though. I didn't have many things I was tempted by!

| Beginning day 5, yesterday was good. We had lc chili for supper, I restrained myself and had only one bowl, with shredded cheese on top, then a boiled egg (they were on the table, figured I'd better get one before my son-in-law ate them all!) And a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt. And got in my water, too. I'm pleased with my day.

| Day 13! 1/7/7 mmmm, chili! I need to order some of those soy beans to make it with! Today I had an OMM, and I'm about to make some sausages! going strong on the water and trying to make some plans for the next few days when I won't be home all day. I'm going to have to pack some snacks and get it all worked out. Don't want any temptations!
