2/2/07-Day 39.
It does seem like a long time in the beginning, but before you know it, you are 1/3 then 1/2 then 2/3 of the way there! and it definitely helps to be in it together!

Today was off. I've gone back to my volunteer job, so I didn't eat lunch until 2pm, and had only had a cheese stick and pepperoni stick before that. eeek. Now its 7pm and I need to eat again. I'm thinking tacos!

2/3/07-Day 40!
Went to the commissary today and stocked up, and I am going to be making menus for dh and me for the week since I am going to be volunteering again and I want to keep up with the house/home. And I am going to be taking my lunch each day, so I really do have to prepare ahead.

Day 34, and weigh day. Up 2 lbs (water, I'm sure), and several measurements are down, some considerably, believe it or not.

I'm hanging in there!

Hi I'm Kameron and I'm back again and I would love to join this challenge. I am deployed to Iraq and realized that with the way they feed us I have to go low carb. It works becuase i have access to a dining facility and can eat three meals a day and they always have meat and veggies and lunch meat and cheese. So it's day 2 for me and I'm dong great. No headaches and no withdrawals so far, I have the crystal light on right here to fight those sugar cravings. So here are my stats:

198/194.5/150

I'm trying to go with my BMI to a healthy weight. Any help and suggestions are welcome and I have a journal that I plan on using daily. Now I just gotta figure out how to get one of those cool countdown things.

Welcome Kameron and good luck in your journey!

Day 13, and I feel great, lost 3.5 kg aka 7.7 pounds:jump:
today I am making separate meals for me and family which isnt my favorite thing to do, usually I just make meal for all of us but leave carbs behind for them, however I feel like eating chicken liver in sauce with onions, and they are very keen on spinach WITH potatos and fish fried in white flour and eggs
I think they feel as if I am kinda putting them on Atk. without their wanting, hence desire for all bad carbs

I thought that was you! But did you go by Kameron then? I think there were two Kamerons. Anyway, here we are again!

2/6 Day 43...I still haven't eaten today, it is 10:25am, and lunch is looming. I packed tuna salad, and then left it sitting on the counter. I have some soup at 20 carbs, which means dinner will be lean. It just hasn't been a great day all around. Tomorrow will be better!! and maybe even this afternoon will be!
Also, Kameron, I am in Germany now. My husband is in the Army and we are stationed here. He is not deployable at this point, but we see our soldiers come and go on a daily basis, and I feel for you and your family. Thank you for all you do for our country.

Day 35. Yesterday was acceptable, but I'm still struggling with portion control. So today I'm going to make a real effort to be more conscious of what goes past my lips and over my dentures. And to drink more water!

It's day 37 here and still on plan! Had some blueberries and cream on Superbowl Sunday. Otherwise I've been all LC all the time.
Welcome Kameron! Good to see you back!

Heather and Gregg I thought I remembered the both of you. It's like seeing old friends you haven't seen in years. Except I have never seen you guys Heather I am both Kamerons. Before I lost my password and had to name myself Kameron/Kameron2. I should have just kept up with the concept and did 3. Thanks for all your encouragement. I am thinking about trying to come to Germany. I have a question, can I drink Cyrstal light in all my water and it count???????????????? I just can't drink that much water. Day 4 and still on track. It's pretty easy here because I can only eat at the dining facility. Heather I am with you on the swimsuit for summer. We can do it. Thats why I like this site cause you get so much support. I am journaling also so check it out guys. Thats where I tell my deepest darkest secrets
