| OK, I'm going a little crazy with the challenges, but I really enjoyed this one last time, and it helped so much! SO...I'm starting today, join in any time you like! Day one! 12/26/06 (100 is 04/04/07!)

| Day three! 12/28/06... yesterday's menu: no breakfast (oops) lunch was 2 fish fillets, 10 asparagas spears dinner was steak, green beans and salad MAN! I'm eating healthy!!

| Day four 12/29/07 I can't remember what exactly I had yesterday, and I'm too tired to look at my carb diary, but here's what I've had and will have today: bfast-4 small pepperoni sticks lunch-corned beef/cabbage snack-brand new favorite-ham sandwich made w/ one minute muffin recipe for bread dinner-taco salad (lettuce, cheese, gr beef w/ lc seasoning, ranch dressing) Lonely in here...jump in anytime!!

| Day 5 12/30/06! 3 eggs, 6 lil smokies, a little hc in the eggs-6 corned beef and cabbage-5 9 more for dinner! woohoo, probably going to have a OMM ham sandwich and some salad. about 4 ounces of water. :( because we walked ALL OVER HEIDELBERG! for a couple of hours! 95 to go~need to be thinking of a reward! Something not food related, and relatively cheap.

| Day 6, 12/31 came and went, and I stayed on as best I could. We went to a bar by our house and I ordered first rum and diet coke (got regular, at least it was only about 4 oz) and then vodka/waters. The first one they put orange juice in it, but only about 2 oz. SO, I know I was over on carbs, probably at about 40, but I didn't eat anything from the FREE buffett OR have drinks I would have preferred, so I am counting it as on track. Today 1/1/07- Day 7 I had corned beef and cabbage, and I'm either having the rest of the corned beef/cabbage or some tuna in a little bit. Not too exciting, but on plan. What IS exciting is knowing that the holidays are over and thus temptation can be at a distance for a bit.

| Thankfully the holidays are gone! Restarting this 100 day challenge. Looks like it's just us Heather's so far. I have faith others will join. 1 down 99 to go |

| So good to see you Gregg and Nita! Day 1 went soooooo good. I'm anxious for my nightly victory bath already. Got some bath salts for Christmas from dh that I want to try out tonight. Having a daily reward is really motivating. Years ago on one of my first diets I would buy things like lipgloss, clothes, nail poilish and even cute underware and I'd reward myself with one item for each pound. Was motivating to lose each pound to get a prize. I was a sophmore in highschool, had a job, no bills and money to burn. Now I'm getting older and need mommy relaxing victory bath time. |

| Hi gals! Today is going well, I was off work due to Pres Ford's National Day of Mourning. Went to the grocery store and stocked up on good healthy lc stuff so I'm good to go for a few days now. I like your idea of frequent if not a daily reward Bluejay, I'm sure you need a litlle getaway time after a long day, good idea! How are the rest of you doing today?

| My day one was on track, a moderate amount of carbs and calories, not too much, not too few. Still need more water. I am pleased with the day, a good start for the 100! |

| Looks like everyone is doing great! Day 9 1/3/07 I had a OMM this morning, 4 carbs because I added some sf apple cidar drink mix. It was good! I'm about 25 oz in on the water so far. Going to get busier with that.
