I think I lost count of my days......I'm on day 6, I think! Yeah, I started out on Sunday, so day 6 is TODAY! And I'm still on plan, eating more protein & fruit. Seeing a little bit of a loss. Not much, but a little, and that's good enough for me.

I didn't overeat today but didn't eat on plan so tomorrow will be day 1. Since I was so sick and the only one who knows how to cook in this house - lol - we ordered pizza. I ate two bread sticks. I did have a piece of pizza later and a couple of donuts that snuck their way into our house. Sneaky donuts! I'm sure I haven't gained but a few ounces at most but will eat better tomorrow as I'm regaining energy.

Okay, so I didn't do well on my plan yesterday either. Was feeling so awful that I just grabbed whatever was easy. Today I'm feeling much better so have enough energy to make better choices. I didn't even get any veggies in yesterday - yeesh! Forced myself to drink 6 glasses of water where I usually drink 12.

Folks, this is HUGE for me. I was in a daily habit of eating convenience store foods- most of which was sugar. I haven't been eating induction level, but I managed A WHOLE WEEK without sugar!!!!

WTG, Kelly!

I'm back to day 1, this being Sunday. Perhaps this week I can keep my days straight! I know I've probably eaten too many carbs, but it's been fruit, so it could be worse.

Day 2 was ok. Had hot cereal for breakfast, salmon salad & pork rinds for lunch, a very small bit of walnuts & almonds for a snacK (not salted), brisket and a few pieces of nectarine for supper. And a small cup of a protein drink made with whey protein powder and almond milk. And this morning I was up 4 lbs on the scales. 4!

Day 3 wasn't bad. A blueberry OMM for breakfast, an egg & cheese wrap made with lc flat bread and a few pieces of apple for lunch, and meatloaf with cabbage for supper, a choco-pnb OMM for a snack.

This morning I'm starting out with another blueberry OMM.
