Day 2, and so far so good. Breakfast was a protein shake, lunch was half an egg salad sandwich on a 5-carb slice of bread and pork rinds. Supper will be salmon with white asparagus and salad. Still no weight loss, though.

You are so patient Nita with this weight loss process. Are you patient in all other areas in your life? I'm betting so.

Today is day 2 back on plan.

Day 3, ate more yesterday than I probably should have, but still on plan. Started out this morning with hot cereal & cream & the usual decaf.

Heather, I don't know that I'm all that patient. I'm just resigned to being what I am. And patience comes with age - and lack of PMS - LOL!

A new week, I'm on day 3. Not perfect, but I'm not eating any carby stuff, just probably too much of the low carb stuff.

Day 3 was good. We had salmon & burgers last night, surf & turf! Some veggies roasted along with it. This morning made a cinnamon OMM, ready to start my day.
