Day 4 good - onto day 5! I'll be sure to eat my dinner before going to in-laws house to watch them eat most likely pizza and cake/icecream. When I come home it'll be a nice bath for me and off to bed before any leftover cravings get to me.

Day 5 - doing great. Did not eat cake! Well, I sorta licked my fingers, when making them, but just a drop or 2, it's a habit it's hard to break! We had lots of cheese and pepperoni, Canadian bacon, salami, summer sausage. Celery, broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, baby carrots, ranch dip, green onion dip. So, I had plenty to snack on. Didn't do the punch; it was orange pineapple juice and diet 7Up. Lots of coffee. Totally avoided the crackers and pretzels. I am proud of myself! I did not crave any of the junk! Whoopee!

Me too Nita!! I was so scared when I got there because they made enchiladas, pizza and a huge cake. I drank a soda and didn't feel like I was starving like I usually do smelling all the great food. Yesterday I thought I'd die at moments but a great night. Day 5 a success and can't wait for day #6.

Last night I was really struggling, started reaching for food and then raced to the gym to work out my food frustrations. Take that food - I've killed your friends calories with a good ol' workout! Because I worked so hard I'm definately claiming yesterday and restarting another week with #1 guys! Oh yea!

Day 6 (Sunday) was good. We had a lunch with a small group, with our leftovers from Saturday, and some brisket, sausage, beans, and someone brought 2 cakes, even though I had tons leftover from Saturday! I ate only lc, but the brisket had a salty coating, and of course the pepperoni was salty, and the olives! But it was so good, and I did not even lick my fingers when cleaning the cake pans. Gave all the pretzels & crackers to my son-in-law, and a huge portion of the cake. He can eat it, and not gain even one ounce. Sigh.

Today should be a good day. Actually, I did not have breakfast. Just didn't get around to it, and have not been hungry, and it's 11:25. We'll have leftover chili for lunch. Warm the tummy, warm the body.

He deserves no mercy!! I think putting him a choke hold for a few minutes is justifiable.

Yeah, Heather! He has a 30" waist, when he went on low carb with my daughter, he lost weight he could ill afford to lose! He also got a huge bag of multi-colored animal crackers! He'll take all that with him for snacks, and probably share them with the fellas he works with. If he weren't so cute, so good to my daughter, and papa to my little Sophie, I might just have to choke him!

Day 1 was good, day 2 I hope is good, too. The boss said I don't have to go in today (we're having bad weather), so I might just spend the day looking at some recipes. (And catching up laundry.)
