3 days down, going on day 4. Cereal again for breakfast. Lunch will be casserole. Supper is supposed to be stuffed peppers.

Day 7 here and no cookies or candy is in the house. Woo hoo! Last night went out to dinner and I'm so happy that I stayed on track. It was hard because by the time we were seated and even ordered I was starving. I wanted to make bad choices but decided to try good ones first and see how I felt afterword. I chose off the weight watcher menu that listed calories and had enough to spare for soup, chicken sandwich and rasberry cake! I left with a couple hundred calories to spare for the day. Did go over what I like for losing calories a bit but was well under maintaining calories so might still be able to lose a few ounces.

Today should be a regular day without the usual Valentines Day temptations, thankfully. Looking forward to starting a new day #1 tomorrow.

Day 5 dawning cold and overcast, this morning I made my cereal with maple and cinnamon, perfect for a dreary morning.

Day #1!! Yesterday should be counted as a couple of good days with all the stress that the day held but it was worth it not to reach for comfort food. I'm so happy!!! Know what I'll do to celebrate? I'll exercise on my new elliptical tonight so that next weigh in hopefully I'll be a few more steps toward my signature again. I'm thinking I should be to sig by March. So close but so far away!

Heather, you can do it! Carolyn, you are really holding your own this go-round. You'll get to that first goal before you know it!

I'm at day 6, and still with the plan. I'm not expecting great losses, but I have found that my rings are fitting looser, and I can now wear a watch & bracelet I couldn't wear comfortably before. I'm pleased with this little bit of progress.

yes Nita, I am trying to stay with the program this go around,
today is day 19 (no sugar eating on plan) and day 5 of new week no cheat...
onward to the weekend, I shouldn't have any problem, now that I have this many days behind me it makes it easier and easier to continue eating right and not eating sugar....

Starting day 7, already a good start with cereal and decaf. Now onto some major water guzzling!

Day one of a new week. Cereal for breakfast, stew for lunch. No supper plans. Depends on whether we eat out or at home.

Lost 5 lbs this last week! Hooray!

Day 2. Yesterday was really good, even eating out. I love Red Lobster. You can really stay on plan. We told the waiter we didn't want the biscuits, he said OK, he could have them for himself, we said that was fantastic. I'm happy to provide food for a person making low wages.
