Day 1. We had sausage and CarbQuik pancakes for lunch. I might have overindulged a bit, but it's an occasional treat for us, and it wasn't way over the top, so I'm saying I'm doing ok.

7 day challenges are a great idea! I am on day one, and so far, so good! The carbs i've had for today include bits of onion, mushroon and green pepper in my quiche this morning, and raw broccoli spears with my chicken for lunches. Tonight i will have low carb meatloaf and spinach salad for dinner. I will come on with a good report tomorrow (and my starting weight)!

I think that I need to take these smaller challenges as well. I wish they had a day by day challenge So I will start tomorrow....too late for today since I've already had 16 ounces of cappucinno. I'll be back tomorrow though!

Day 3. And we have some new challengers! Welcome Monster! And Kameron, it's great to see you here in this challenge. You're both right, sometimes the little challenges are better. You get a feeling of satisfaction sooner!

One week!! Can't believe today is already day 7. I have a lot of lower count items today to make sure that I have enough to keep me satisfied.

DietMonster - Welcome to the challenge!

Kameron - Tomorrow is a new day.

Nita - Woo hoo on day #3!

Starting day 4 with a low carb tortilla stuffed with 2 slices of havarti cheese, browned in butter. A nice change of pace. Not nearly as much protein as my cereal, but I can supplement with a shake mid-morning, if I need to.

Great going, ladies!

Up 2 hours and only had a cup of coffee with milk in it for a treat. That should be just WONDERFUL (sarcastically said) for my metabolism. Think I better at least make myself an egg.

I'm back to day #1 - yeah but only because I made it through an entire week on plan!!! Even though the scale is up I've been talking myself through wanting to eat junk and give up. I notice if I talk down to myself I don't treat myself well with food. Pep talks really do help.
