| Let's just take it a month at a time. I'm posting this early, so those of you who want to join can think about what your personal challenge might be. Perhaps one month of induction. Or one month to focus on more exercise. Or one month to try to drink more water. Or one month of not cheating. Whatever you need, this is the place to declare your personal challenge. All are welcome. And, you don't have to post what your challenge is, of course. You can just tell us that you are joining us, and let us be your cheerleaders. And if we begin each challenge on the first of the month, then it'll be easier to keep track of how many days we are on the challenge. Just look at the calendar!

| Hi Nita! I'm IN! Starting today: Staying on plan (this month=induction) Exercise 3x per week Drink 100oz water Day one! Bacon and eggs for bfast. Started on the water. Going to work out at the gym M, W, F. Good luck y'all!

| Welcome, all! My challenges: Cut way back, or cut out entirely, on the fruit I've been eating, and concentrate more on the veggies. Concentrate on getting in at least 8 glasses of water in addition to my coffe and tea. Susie, I'm with you on getting back on the Gazelle. So, I'm going to try to get at least 20 minutes 3 times a week for the month of April. I'm glad for the company!

| I took my dog for a walk outside yesterday afternoon, things are so gorgeous now. Spring is in full bloom. I've done this in the past and it works for me. Instead of doing 30 minutes all at once, I'll break my walks or gazelle time into 3-10 or 2-15 minute sessions. Doing this also bumps up your metabolism throughout the day. I'd like to add something to my challenge. I really need to get more water in and less coffee. I also plan to journal what I'm eating for awhile. Today another walk with Ozzie. |

| well, its a day late, but I can start this for the month of April. not sure I can handle an induction right now - but I have to get my head back into something. Lately I just haven't seemed to care. so, giving up the bread and sweets. Easter is usually a very hard time for me with the basket treats all over - but I have to get things back in control.

| Happy April guys! My weight today is 142.8 and I would like to get back to 138 pounds this month which will require more on plan days then off. Trying to get back within my goal range before it gets to far away from me. My birthday is May 1st so being back in the 130's will be a nice birthday present to see on the scale again. |

| I am in, going to try to do induction for at least two weeks, maybe the entire month, and try to get in more days of exercise (usually get in 4 days), and drink more water.... good luck all carolyn

| Day 2 of the April Challenge. I stuck pretty close to plan yesterday, although we did finish off the fruit compote, so that's out of the way. I have a bottle of water on my desk, guess I'll try to drink it before I have more coffee. Now I just need to get exercising......

| Today: on plan, not so great with the water, and didn't work out. I've had a headache all day that the water probably would have helped, but I just couldn't manage it. I will tomorrow, and at least I stayed on plan! I'll get in 3 wkouts this week, too. (Even if I'm doing them morning,noon and night on Saturday!HA!)

| Hey guys! Yesteday I ran several errands, ended up walking a lot so I counted that for my walking. Water is getting better since the temps are warmer. I didn't eat off plan but I ended up eating a bit too much and that happened later in the evening. One of my big problems is eating after 7:00 p.m. Gotta get a handle on that. | Rob, it's nice to have you join us! And it's nice to see some familiar faces back amongst us again. Day 3 is starting out good. I made a protein shake with whey protein powder and a bottle of the Talking Rain kiwi flavor, and a smidgen of cream, all shook up in a new shaker bottle. Yes, it was awesome! I overslept this morning, so no exercise, and probably not time for any tonight until late, so perhaps tomorrow......
