| I have just been struggling for so long this time. I can't seem to make it through one day doing the things I know I need to do. I know I need to get back to LCing - asthma and my weight and my energy are suffering from where I am at. I know I need to start exercising again. but I can't even seem to do the slightest thing to start. So. One thing to start with. and One day at a time. Until that One thing is comfortable to deal with and I don't have to keep reminding myself all day that it is my goal for the day. My first ONE THING - Easter candy is a thing of the past. Since the only way I have managed to get over that in the past is induction levels. that is what I will do. Get my DANDR book, and follow the induction until it is part of my life again, and I have some semblence of control.
