I've been tossing around the idea of starting a challenge for a couple of weeks now, but deciding on what it was going to be took a while. My motivation for this challenge is that I'm SO CLOSE to being under 200 that I want to motivate myself to cross the line. But I didn't want to start another race to 199 challenge - I wanted to include as many people as possible. So I thought, why not do a challenge to lose 10 pounds?So the 10 in 10 or Less Challenge was born!
The idea is to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks or less. Simple as that.
The starting week for this challenge is the week of 8/12/07 - 8/18/07.
The ending week for this challenge is the week of 10/14/07 - 10/20/07.
As of today, my starting weight for this challenge is 208.6, so losing 10 pounds will take me to 198.6, under the 200 mark!
Anyone else up for this challenge?If so, let me know your starting weight and I'll keep track. C'mon - whaddya say?

I can keep track for everyone either way. (Which is why I originally had Judy's stats at -1). I didn't mean for it to seem like you had to post your weight - so sorry!
