Heather - I had a semi-bad weekend too. DH and I ate late on Sat (after the kids were in bed). We do this from time to time... sort of an at-home "date." And on both days I didn't get in all my water. However, I did stay on plan, even though Sunday was pizza night. I had leftover burgers, so that's a biggie. I'm so close to being under 200 (for the first time in about 3 - 4 years) that I don't want to blow it!

I do so well in all categories except the eating. I try to eat a light dinner most evenings, because when i do this i feel so much better the next morning and i seem to sleep better, but i cant seem to not snack 3 hrs before bedtime unless i eat a heavier meal. And this could be slowing my weight loss as well. Its just amazing to me that at 44 y/o i am still figuring out how to make my body work to my advantage. Well despite the slow weight loss i find myself loving my exercise and workout routines. muscles are so defined, i just need to reduce this layer of fat covering this masterpiece.

anyway enough of my babbling, my stats are as follows:

    exercise- 35 pts
    water- 35 pts
    eating- 10 pts
    lbs lost- 0 pts

    2nd weeks total 80 pts,
    Started LC 1-10-04

302/199/160, 103lbs down, 39 to go, simply remarkable.

    Restart- 8-19-07
    242/226/160

405 points to date ( HOLIDAY CHALLENGE )

well, I'm a lost cause at this challenge. Not because I'm not trying, but I'm terrible at keeping track.
I'm at 212 right now, but mostly that is after a day of not eating (minor surgical procedure) and then throwing up the rest of the day from migraine/sedation reaction.

I'm feeling much better now, but have to avoid gaining that back.
evening are not a problem for me. Once we finish dinner, somewhere between 5-6:30 - I don't have anything else until we get to bed around 10.

daytimes are my killer. I work from home and it is so easy to graze.

but I don't have numbers. sorry. But I'm enjoying having a place to stop in and visit.

Well, I had a less than stellar week of food choices, which resulted in a 3 pound gain, but I think if Heather would unhand the whoosh fairy for a minute, I can get rid of that pretty quick. You can't keep her locked up at your house girlfriend, peeps are looking for her!

But seriously, great job on a 13 pound loss in 2 weeks!

MaryKay - If you only want to keep track of your pounds lost week to week, that's fine! Just let me know how many you've lost in the last 2 weeks... not sure where you're at, pounds-wise, sorry!

And yes, Heather, it's about health. And trying to keep it sane over the holidays.

On a more exciting note (as opposed to my 3 pound gain this week)... I got brave and tried on my size 16 jeans that have been hanging in my closet, unworn, since I was about 3 months pregnant with DS#2 (so about 3 years) and THEY FIT! All of them! I just expanded my wardrobe and didn't spend a cent! Woo hoo!

YAY!! Mada. Nice to find new clothes in your closet.

I had to return all the new stuff I ordered - oversized myself. I wanted nice stuff that fit right so I measured, and everything was too big!!!!
so, returning and getting in the next size down.

but, since I could return to store, I also returned a few items I just didn't care for and found an adorable camisole and shimmery red top that will be perfect for my one and only xmas party. Camisole is stretchy black velvet with black lace. Top is a shimmery red on red (dark reds) blouse, but it zippers so I can wear it open. Its just right. and I found a matching bracelet at the front counter that matched exactly.

That whoosh fairy has finally left but thankfully left me with a maintaining # at my diet center today. I've been exercising well these last few days, Biggest Loser style, and have my points this week. It's a sickness, I know - lol.
