Exercise - Did an hour on the elliptical today and yesterday
Water - All 8 cups last two days - *10 points
not eating - *10 points
Pounds - Stupid Thanksgiving eating! lol I've done well these last few days but I'm strangely bloated today. With my huge gain from the recent holidays I'm praying that I'll be able to lose as possibly a Christmas present this year.

Ok here it is:

exercise......0
Eating....25pts

Does this still keep me in last place...Ok here's the deal...I have a Holiday Wedding to attend on the 15th...I am getting ready to tighten the screws...need a new outfit...want 1 size smaller..I am doing pure induction for the next 14 days....wish me luck!! and here we go..................

Well, the scale didn't drop anymore for me this week, but I did pretty well on my points. Here's to hoping I see a couple of pounds lost for next week!

Hi all ive been MIA for a few days. Went to S.C. for the holidays, didnt do well with food, exercise or water. Came back to VA with a lot of baggage (bloating, tired, 6lbs, and a nasty cold) going home is supposed to be fun, well it was, lol. Now I am so thrilled to be back into my daily routine. I didnt keep track of my numbers while away so i'll just skip last week and start with this new. I did get back on track as of sunday and 4 of those lbs are already gone.

water-20
exercise-150
eating-0 ( I am a terrible snacker)
lbs- 0 (its a great thing we dont get negative no.s for gains, lol)

170 for this week, 335 total

I am not doing well on this challenge.

lbs lost...does this count if you gained 4 lbs..then lost 2 again

Induction is going ok..two slip ups...LOL...but day three for me again

exercise - 35 points (only made it because of this challenge - bad week)
Not eating before bed- 0 (a problem for me I guess_
Pounds lost - Nada (see not eating before bed)
