| Hidey Ho Everyone! Been away from the boards the last few days to attend to wake and funeral. ![]() My friend is now on the High Mountain Top with the Angels... Now back to this challenge... Day 28 for me... I lost another pound! Yipee! still going strong. keeping to my workout goals, and healthy eating goals - even for the SUPER BOWL! Yeah....Go Giants! Have a great day! |

| today is day 22, the weekend wasn't bad, (friday wasn't good), so....I made sure I did some good workouts on saturday and sunday, watched what I ate on saturday and sunday, didn't listen to the voices saying to stop and get a frosty, or an ice cream sundae....and continued on my day eating correctly.

| Nita, don't be discouraged... you are doing great.... you know you always lose slow, and you are doing what you are susposed to do....keep it up, don't let it get to you....maybe the pickles you had.... caused the salt retention...pickles tend to be saltier than I like... I like them, but I watch it .... today is day 23 for me.... down two more lbs, from here on it will be a little each week.... after the initial flush of stuff out of my system.... I am happy.... life is good....I am where I want to be....

| Day 33, just 1/3 of the way into the challenge. I don't know what I've been eating to give me the most horrendous intestinal gas, but it's very distressing. I've been taking anti-gas pills, but it doesn't seem to do much good. I'm bloated and uncomfortable. And it's not from carbs, I've not added anything like that to my diet, except some veggies in a soup and a salad last night. I've gone down a couple of pounds, but not enough after that last big bounce. Perhaps it's the weight of all that air in my gut........ Yeah, that's it! LOL!

| Day 34, still with the program. The scales are still doing their up and down yoyo thing, sometimes 3 or 4 lbs up, then down, up, then down. I'm not making any progress, but I'm at least holding my own. Better standing still then going backwards.

| Day 37. Foolishly weighed this morning, up 2 lbs - again. ![]() Skipped breakfast, had soup for lunch, burgers & hotdogs at supper, then some roasted chicken for a snack. Now I need to go to bed.
