| Day 60. A nice round number, eh? The weight is still hanging on. It sure is an annoyance. But I'm still sticking to plan, no side trips down the old carb road.

| Day 61. Still not losing, still sticking to plan. I really think my body is at a set weight, I need to do something to shake it up. Not sure what I'm going to do, but research is in order now.

| Day 62, and I'm still determined, Heather! Love the warrior, she's cute. We did taco salad last night, it was so good. But then I had to make a flying trip to the potty in the middle of the night! Ack! Perhaps that jolt of fiber did it.

| Day 54! I was nervous because I was starving and ate my lunch an hour 1/2 earlier then normal. I realized I after I ate I was more tired than hungry so took a nap. Since then the hunger is minimal and I'm happy to begin day 55 tomorrow. |

| 63 days, 9 whole weeks! No cheats, either. No losses, either, but I've come to expect that. Now I have a month and a week left of this challenge. Then I'm going to start over! Of course, when we take our trip in May, I may have to let my resolve slide, depends on where we end up eating, whether with family & friends or at restaurants. There's a Cracker Barrel close to our motel, so we'll probably have a good breakfast every day, which will help a lot.

Well, you are a good person to hang with for 100 days. Today is day 56 and I'm feeling great about today. Not only were my calories good but my carbs were at induction level which I plan on continuing for my last week of LA Weight loss. Feels like I'm pushing myself towards the finish line to give it my best. On my treadmill again tonight. Finally over this bug!! Didn't even need a nap today. |

| Finished day 65. Ate way too much coleslaw today, but it's cabbage and jicama, so it's probably ok. Tomorrow I'm going to try to drink more water.

| Didn't make day 58 but did make my goal weight! Decided after I made my goal earlier that I would take 2 days off my diet but after just this evening of terrible eating I don't feel to well. I've decided I'll be back on tomorrow. |

| Heather, take care. Hope you feel ok today. Day 67 starting out. I made a loaf using the OMM recipe, expanding it, and I baked it in my silicone loaf pan in the oven, so it has a nice toasty top. Sliced it into 12 slices, so we'll have a quick breakfast every day. I'll try to do this every week, so there will be no excuse not to eat breakfast.
