I feel so good today! My body seemed to have some energy so I went to the gym and worked out. I'm not in the mood to make myself sick again by eating junk food so have a healthy menu planned for the day. Then it's Biggest Loser tonight to keep me motivated this evening.

That is so good that you are eating breakfast! I'm glad to hear it so you can keep your metabolism going. dance2

Heather, I've been trying to eat breakfast every day for the past 3 or 4 years. I used to never eat it, or eat something late in the morning. Now I have the old OMM, or hot cereal, or a shake. Sometimes lc pancakes. Not a lot, but enough to keep me from being ravenous at lunch.

What happened to all our other challengers? Perhaps 100 days is just too much for most of them. I find that knowing I've committed myself to the challenge helps me to stick with it. The first time I did one, it seemed so daunting, but over time it just became a way of life. Easier as each day passed.

100 day would be to hard to do perfectly so that is why I just redo some days when I feel like I ate to much. I think that maybe some felt that if the couldn't be perfect then they couldn't stay. Come Back Friends!

Day 68. I'm still doing well, just not losing. Not the least bit surprised, either. Perhaps with spring coming, my body will realize that it doesn't need to hang onto this fat to keep me warm!

Yes, Heather, I wish the others would come back, I certainly don't expect everyone to be 100% all the time, and I'd like to continue the challenge for anyone who wants to try it long term. After all, we are all saying we're making this a way of life, which means pretty much all the time, except for the occasional stray moment. You are one who seems to be able to stick for the long term. That's why you've been so successful maintaining close to your goal weight. I'm glad you're hanging here with me. I enjoy your company.

Day 70. I can't believe I forgot to post here yesterday. Well, looks as though I'm going it alone for a time. Only a month left of this challenge. I think my next 100 day challenge will be for me to exercise regularly. (See me chuckling behind my hand? I'm NOT an exerciser!) I know that weight and resistance training are extremely beneficial for building strength and gaining muscle mass, and for burning fat. I just need to schedule the time and just do it. I used to get up early and exercise, and perhaps that's what I'll need to start doing. (Grumble)

Speaking of not being 100% - that has been me. It's getting old though because of the sluggish way my body is responding to this. Will eat on plan today. Going good one day then poor the next. Since I claimed today as GOING to be good then it's day 60.

I'm rooting for you to get that exercise in Nita. I've heard good things about it on the news lately on how it helps reverse so many problems. Today I was that for every pound you lose it is 4 pounds of pressure off the knees! Wow!

Day 74, so far, so good. Yesterday I went way overboard with lc stuff. Don't know why I felt so hungry, or thought I was, anyway. Could just be boredom. Or spring in the air! Yes, let's blame the weather!

Day 77. I've been eating way too much, my appetite seems to be out of control, even though I'm eating only low carb. Maybe it's spring fever. I had some big snacks this afternoon, a big supper, I'm stuffed to the gills, and I'm wanting some lemon bars that are in the fridge. Yikes! Wonder what's going on.

Day 80, and I'm still here.

My appetite episode seems to have diminished, but even eating only low carb foods, and eating too much of them, has shown a big gain on the scales. I was really surprised to see how much.

This morning I'm keeping a closer eye on what I eat, no more nibbling. No more baking, even lc stuff, for a long time.
