| WhoooHooo!!! We're doing great ladies!!! Day 5 for me Nita..Isn't it weird how our weight shifts around when we're eating healthy low carb? I've always noticed that I am smaller at a certain weight when I'm eating LC as opposed to when I'm eating carbs. Congrats on a great day one! Heather..Good job staying on plan through the hard day! It's tough when you're giving up something you love, like coffee! You're doing fantastic! Lisa...you know, I have those moments too when I think to myself. "I love this WOE!" When I think about it, I really do enjoy this eating much more than the junky cr*p I was eating over the holidays! OK...ladies...have a happy low carb, on plan Sunday!

| Hi JR!! I know no one will mind if I say yes!! Please join!! Go ahead and jump in from whenever your 1st day was even if it's just today. = Today is day 7 for me. DH talked me out of walking to the grocery store last night for junk and it was worth it. The scale and my pocket book would have suffered horrible. I'm hoping that now that I've regained some energy, that was depleted from going coffee free, that some of my cravings will stop. DH thinks I was craving oreo's because of my coffee, splenda and vanilla soy milk concoction I was making 3x a day. |

| Thanks a million, or should I say a hundred! This is day one but been here done that before! I've regained and gained and gained. Mostly due to laziness and rebellion. Was diagnosed with a thyroid disease a while back and it seemed even when I ate right and exercised regularly, the weight still poured on. So I confess that I gave up and gave in in 2007. How silly of me. What a wasted year! But that was then and this is now! I'm threw with being lazy and I'm ready to fight! Bring it on!!! |

| Good morning 100 day folks! Today is day 7 for me. I am happy and satisfied...and excited to be eating healthy again! I've been low carbing for years and until this morning I had never tried the pancakes made with cream cheese and egg. I made them this morning and I have to say...they are FABULOUS!!!! I was truly shocked at how good they are. I fried them in coconut oil and ate them with some butter and walden farms pancake syrup.....YUMMO! Congrats on the weight loss Nita! Keep up the good work girls!
