| Carmen, you're not doing anything "wrong", but perhaps you need to read up on your plan, and make sure that all the food you're eating is ok. The OMM is the One Minute Muffin, found in the Low Carb Cooking forum, has its own sticky. Read through all the thread, because you'll find ideas for many variations on it. It's a staple for a lot of us. I ate too much yesterday, specifically cheese. My weight was up a bit, but I'm not worried about it. I'm just going to ignore that hunk of cheddar in the fridge for a bit.

| Day 7. My calories were under 2100, carbs about 16 net. Been a bit lax on the water, but I've been drinking a lot of other liquids. I always get off-kilter on Sunday!

Hello!Today I think I did better: Breakfast was an omelet with veggies and my coffee,also 1/2 grapefruit. Lunch was a southbeach pizza, a diet soda and some cooked veggies, wen I got home I had an apple and a cheese stick and for dinner ,beef steak with onions, pimentos and olive oil and a lowfat no sugar yogurt.Ah! I also had squash and suchini,This is day 1 of my 2nd try to get in the challenge!Remenber I do south beach,that is why there are fruits in my menus. Still weighting 235. Carmen |

| I finished day 8 yesterday, about 2000 calories, carbs quite low. Did 1 mile on the Gazelle - just couldn't push to the next half mile, due to an ankle problem. But, I did play on the Wii, did tennis, bowling and golf. Could have probably had more water, too, but got plenty of other liquids.

Hi! As you can see I'm soooo mad! I went today to a field trip with the 3rd graders and by the time we had lunch I was starving and what we had for lunch was a disaster FULL of carbs!!I asked if I could bring my own lunch but I could'nt,Ihad to eat the school lunch they prepare in a brown bag. So my day 2 is a shame!! Carmen |

| But you are trying Carmen! I'm sure this day is nothing like the days before your healthy eating journey right? I feel once I'm past day 3 on plan it feels easier. Not sure if my body is cleansed from the junk by then and this is way. Great job Nita on working in extra exercise when your ankle felt bad. Day 90! |

| Yesterday I finished day 9 with right at 2000 calories, about 21 net carbs, lots of protein. Today is exercise day. Dh found the remote to the dvd player in my exercise room, so now I can watch a dvd while I work out!

| Only 9 more days! Wow! Day 9, and I didn't Gazelle yet, and it's 8 p.m.! Yikes! Got involved in tv, of all things. Had under 1800 calories, and about 12 net carbs, 31 total, so a lot of fiber today. Still could drink a lot more water!

| I think I lost count back there somewhere.....hmmm. Yep, today is day 12. Yesterday was good, 1500 calories, 15 net carbs, and I wasn't hungry after supper last night, but that could be due to the tummy ache. So far today I had a spice OMM & decaf. Lunch will be leftover fish & broccoli and/or salad, and supper will be pork and some kind of veggie. Tonight is Gazelle night. When you think of a gazelle, you think of a graceful creature. Well, that's not me on mine! LOL! I kinda look like a hippo on the move. But, hippos can run really fast under water......no, I'm not about to put my Gazelle in a pond......

| I'm stuck on day 92. It was an OKAY day but I'm not going to count it until I feel like it rates between good and fantastic. You are doing great Nita! |
