| Day 7 and doing fabulous. The scale was nice this morning so to keep it saying nice things I made sure to get in exercise. |

| Day 11. Ate way too much coleslaw last night, but I think it evened out, since I didn't eat much at lunch, just some pickles. This morning I had a good protein shake, with an egg added. Lunch - probably leftover grilled burgers or pork steak, and coleslaw, again! I'm making barbacoa for supper, cooking up some beef cheek meat. Supposed to be divine. We'll see.

| Day 9 and the scale is being nice because I'm treating my body well. Maintaining is a victory too when I'm feeling full of energy. |

| Starting day 12. Lost that lb I'd gained! I think I'm going to start doing meat only for a couple of days. Dr. Eades suggests it for getting the scales moving downward. I can handle that for lunch & supper, easy, just not thrilled about just meat for breakfast. Gotta do some planning!

| Hi I would like to join the 100 day challenge I would like to stay on woe and take vitamins as well as drink at least 6 glasses of water to start out with, the latter two I think will be a greater challenge as I don't follow through with them very well normaly but I'm hoping this challenge will keep me on track. ![]() Lisa R |

| Day 15. The weekend's eating was horrible, nothing carby, just too much low carb stuff. I've decided, effective this morning, to do only meat, eggs, or cottage cheese for a few days. Just to get the losses started again. This morning, I had chicken breast for breakfast, lunch was pork ribs. Supper will be either barbacoa, or hamburger in one form or another. Or, maybe the last of the ribs. Supper always depends on the mood I'm in when I get home. It's been so hot lately, that nothing really sounds fantastic.

| Day 16. Yesterday was meat only, and it was good. I wasn't hungry, craving anything, and felt pretty good. This morning I had the last of the barbacoa for breakfast. Yum!

| Day 17, and I'm still just "meating"! Had leftover pork steak for breakfast. It wasn't great. I've got to plan better for this. I think I'll throw a chuck roast in the oven at lunch, so it will be ready for supper, and be sure to put some aside for breakfast tomorrow. I might do eggs for a meal. I posted in another place that eggs are just chickens who haven't grown up yet, so to me eggs are meat. I do have a package of beef liver in the freezer. I ought to thaw it and cook it up. DH does not care for it too much, so he can have something else.

| Day 4 of doing vitamins and day 2 of doing water, wasn't consistent with my water intake so I can't count that but I am doing so now, the vitamins have been easier than I thought I just take them with my other meds in the morning and night. Just had a delicious steak and last night eggs. It's the water I have to work on ![]() Lisa R |

| It's still day 11 for me and I just feel sick this morning. Went from healthy eating to pure junk and it certainly doesn't feel worth it this morning. Started a new journal in the family room where I can start fresh with new thoughts on getting back to it! |
