Day 18. Breakfast was chuck roast, lunch was chuck roast and chicken, supper was sausage patties and fried eggs. Might splurge on a small snack tonight, perhaps some cheese crisps.

Scale didn't move this morning, but I'm not obsessing.

Day 20, 1/5 of the way through the challenge! WooHoo!

Last night we didn't have time for supper before the dance recital, so we did a shake. When we got home, we snacked. I had cheese crisps, too many, of course. And a Chocoperfection bar. This morning we at a OMM, late, so I'm not in the mood for lunch right now. Guess we need to do something, it's 1:10, and the recital is at 4:00. Maybe another shake.

I'm stuck on day 12. I feel like this sign I read today...

    I ATE MY WILLPOWER!

I'm not giving up just need to find that focus I've lost. Wait! I see it in the distance. No wait, that is the donut box I ate from today. lol

After a slow start on the not eating for 3 hours before bed challenge I'm doing pretty well on that. It's a start! Need to get back to it. I start building on the house a week from tomorrow. I'm happy to get some physical labor that doesn't have a refrigerator nearby. A good investment is we bought a cooler to pack healthy lunches. If they are packed then we are forced to eat from them since we don't have other options.

Day 22. The weekend my eating was way out of control, even though it was all lc stuff, just too much of it. So much so that this morning I did not have any desire for breakfast. That's not good!

Today I'm going to try to rein in the eating a bit. Lunch will be pork chops, supper will be chicken with a salad. Dh is gone today, so I'm on my own for lunch. I might just munch on the pork chops cold.

Sorry, Lisa, you need to space out your water throughout the day. You can cause an imbalance in your electrolytes if you try to drink it all at once. Just keep an insulated mug of water handy at all time. I use a 20 oz mug, try to drink at least 3 of them during the day. As it is, I need to do that right now, all I've had today is coffee and a diet soda. Thanks for the reminder!

Okay, day 13. My DH is gone for sometime for work so I'm hoping that I can battle my own cravings successfully instead of trying to talk both of us out of fast food. Last night was Chinese!! This morning my guys had donuts but I chomped on a treat of my own....apple!

Day 23. Had the old OMM for breakfast, made with flaxseed meal, protein powder and coconut flour, and extra vanilla. Now I feel stuffed.

Had another eating spree last night, but all lc stuff. I'm not sure what's going on with the nighttime hunger, but I'm trying to get a handle on it.

Day 24. Had a shake for breakfast, diced some ham, browned in a skillet, added a bit of sf apricot preserves & butter for a lovely glaze, had it with leftover coleslaw. Still hungry.....hmmmm. Guess I'll hit the water hard today, maybe I'm just thirsty.

I think supper will be bacon & eggs, and OMM.

Moving on to day 15! Went to the grocery store and was hungry, not good, but stayed strong to my eating plan. Charlie wanted bananas, grapes and broccoli while there. How can a mom deny her son of such great food? I'm so proud he is making healthy choices at the age of 4.

Day 25, one fourth of the way through this challenge!

Last night I had 2 big bowls of chili, made with black soybeans. It was a big skillet full, and I sliced up 2 lc tortillas and simmered in it. It was really good. And a bit of cheese on top. I was so full that I felt no need for a snack, although I did indulge in some white wine mixed with raspberry Diet RC.

Nitro, welcome to the 100 day challenge. So, you're doing the original Atkins plan (OAP for short). It's a good plan. I should probably get back to it, too. Let me think on it, and I'll let you know if I'm ready to try it again. Have you found a copy of the book? I highly recommend that you try to get a copy and read it through. Ignore most of the recipes, though. They aren't the greatest.

Day 26. Last night we had homemade chicken soup, with green beans and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Good soup. And made cheese crisps with provolone to eat with it. I also had to make a chocolate OMM for a snack, in a bowl with lc milk poured over it. Way too good.
