| I'll join you! The more challenges the better will just keep my focus. I won extension weeks for my yearly weigh in at LA Weight loss which just happens to be March 15th! I've been doing my elliptical and/or treadmill plus weight training 6x a week. Sunday was my day off from exercise but I did 10,000 steps on my pedometer. Didn't want to be to sedentary and gain any weight back from a week of hard work. |

| wow Heather, GOOD JOB! Well, I got up this morning, tried to do the stair thing, and I think I'm giving that up. I kept slipping forward and hitting my knees on the bar. So I left! I walked around the neighborhood. So, I've done my 10 mins for the day, the REQUIRED part, but I'm planning to get in another 10-20 at lunch and then maybe something else this evening. Day 1, going good! oh-but forgot to weigh this morning, so will do so tomorrow!

| Today I did 60 minutes on my elliptical. I was going to do a bit of walking on the treadmill, slowly, but am tired from lack of sleep during the night. Just standing here which burns a few more calories then sitting. Maybe I'll walk before Biggest Loser comes on tonight. During the show I'll weight train. - Thanks Heather - you too! Great job getting in the walk. |

| SIXTY MINUTES?! geez...Well, Day 2...forgot to weigh again! Probably because 5am is a ridiculous time to be getting up! But I did it! and walked 20 minutes this morning!

| Today is day 4. Woke up with the headache again, so I don't know if I'll be walking...we'll have to see. Still on plan, but JUST BARELY. I'm having a tough time of it... Tomorrow, WE SKI!

| Hi Heather! I'm still on track and today I have 10 pounds to go and 6 weeks until the March 15th weigh in. Been exercising on my elliptical. Today I'm trying out a new heavier weight vest, 20 pounds, to walk with on my treadmill. Tonight I'll be doing upper body weight training as well. |

| GO Heather! I am still gimping along. Again, still barely on plan. Counted the skiing as Saturday and 1/2 of Sunday's exercise, and only did housecleaning as exercise Sunday. STILL had the headache, went to the dr today for drugs. I feel better, and hope I can get some exercise in this evening. Even if it's just 10 minutes. And I have to be more serious on plan. Not just barely hanging on! But today is day...7.
